Poor Bella! This is reminding me of when Josh was shot on The West Wing, and poor Donna had to take care of him! (Josh/Donna are another pairing of mine--although they weren't together at that point, so they didn't even have trysts as a diversion! It would have improved his disposition too...)

Anyway, I'm digressing way OT. I can understand why Edward would want the night alone (even though I think he will regret his actions at some point in the night...), but it was just shitty timing with the day Bella had. That Dr Powell! I'm wondering if it's purely the "boy's club" thing that Angela was talking about, or if something else is going on. That remark about Bella 'manipulating' herself through the ranks...

Awesome chapter!  There's always one asshole doctor isn't there?  Is Edward doing this to push Bella further into her therapy?

Well knowing Edwards personality he his going to blow his top soon since he obviously isn't being allowed to rest to much and we all know he isn't the type to just lay around and do nothing!
