This is officially one of my fav fanfics :) I was listening to this White Stripes song "You've Got Her In Your Pocket" and the lyrics remind me soooo much of Bella's & Jake's relationship in this story:

XDD The someone knew is Edward, Bella is leaving out the door to go to 

London & Jake just wants her home sweet home, in my sense. 

I can't wait to see how they recover from this introduction!  Clearly he's getting better at being on time, eh?  I love how Bella has committed to her plan to be less wall-flowery, and how protective she is already of her newfound friends.  "Pit bull" indeed.  Your descriptions are really fleshed out, which makes me feel like I'm there even though I haven't been to London (yet).  I'm looking forward to whatever comes next.

I've been to London once like...se..ven years ago? Something like that. Google Maps is pretty much my bff right now. Seriously. Street view=best invention ever.

“Look, I don’t have the faintest idea what your name is and considering I have a headache the size of Prince Albert’s prick, I don’t really give a rats arse who you are, kleiner Vogel. Just don’t fucking hit me again, yeah?” Oh, nicely done, Cullen. Brilliant. I thanked my inner self for the kind words and waited for her response.

“Golden Boy, I will hit you as often as I see fit, and you’ll like it, understood?” With that rather well aimed parting shot, she turned around and left the room.

“‘Golden Boy’? What does she mean by that?” I looked at Alice, bewildered.

She heaved a long suffering sigh and rested her head in her hand. “You’re eyes, Masen, you fool. Why else would she say it?”

Ah. Yes. My stupid eyes.

 

I luv tour characters! Most fanfic the characters r close to perfect. These one seem more real. I LOVE IT. Update Soon :)

I come up behind him and tap him on the shoulder, none too fucking gently, either. He turns around, shock and horror dawning on his face. He is terrified.

I look up from the bloody mess that is Emmett’s face, only to see the blazing eyes of my mystery woman. I have just enough time to note that they’re are the color of a good scotch, a rich, dark brown, but with hints of gold in the light, before she hits me straight in the face with her left hand and finish’s me off with a killer right cross. I feel my knees give out, and my body hit the floor. I looked up from my place on the ground, feeling my left eye starting to swell. The beautiful, furious woman in her big Storm Trooper stompin’ boots is standing over me. I had just enough time to note that Alice was standing close behind her with her hand on her arm before she spoke.
 
“Touch my friends again, motherfucker and I don’t care how pretty that face of yours is. I will end you.”

Lust at first sight I definitely buy, but wasn't expecting the "soulmate connection" Edward seemed to feel from one look across the sheet.  Curious to see what happens next...
