Bella doesn't need to feel guilty..she did nothing wrong..and I thought it was kinda hot the way Edward helped her! Can't wait until she breaks up with Jacob so she can get some hot sex with Edward!! LOL Looking forward to the next chapter!

okay i seriously DO NOT see who would have a problem with this. I absolutely LOVED this chapter...Let's face it - her and Jake are on a break at least in my eyes...whatever Bella does - she's allowed, she just doesn't see it right now.
But for the rest of it...Bella did nothing wrong other than some MAJOR flirtation with a boy...Would it be cheating if they kissed? I don't think so...but as it was...they did nothing. The fact that Edward did not even touch her is SO MAJOR....but also the fact that Bella was confident enough to do this with Edward there is significant...
Have i mentioned how much i loved this chapter?
Author's Response: People have had a problem with this chapter because they think it is too soon for Bella and Edward :( I am so glad you loved it tho! I agree, Bella did nothing but let herself get to know someone other than Jake aswell as herself. I m so happy you loved this chapter so much. as always i LOVED it!!!!!! best chapter EVER!!!! really enjoyed this chapter getting to see more of the natural bella and the bella and edward romance that sits like a big fat elephant in the room but no1 will egnolidge (i can't spell) just loved it had me LMAO huge grin from ear to ear i did have spam my forhead when i realised b4 bella i might add that edward was still in the room lol just an awesome story can't wait for the next chapter please, please PLEASE hurry as ever ur no1 fan!!!!

I think it was a good chapter! I didn't mind that Edward played the gentleman role. It's what he should have done in this situation. Hurrying this process won't do Bella any good!
Author's Response: I am glad you agree! That is exactly what I wanted! Edward could have done alot more but he didnt, he behaved and left. I thought it was needed for their relationship to develop and for Bella to see that there is other things than Jake. She can feel things without him. Take a deep breath. This isn't a bad chapter. Yes, there is an attraction there...Edward's not really denying it while Bella is. But at the least they are both getting to know one another and Bella is learning more about herself and her body. Don't worry...I'm not going to hunt you down or anything like that.

I feel for Jake but it is still not an excuse for what he has done to Bella. Having lived with an abusive step-father I have heard so many excuse for why he abused his wife. None of the time he "got help" worked so I am just hoping that Edward and Emmett can pull Bella out of Jake's world.
It is difficult to say I love a story where abuse is involved...how bout I just tell the truth; I love your writing skills. Great job in telling this type story from all POV's.

I hope with her staying there that Edward can seep more into her mind and heart. She has only been with Jake for three months and already has battered wife syndrom embedded in her. It's sad to think about how badly she will become attached to him if Emmett and Edward can not pull her out.

I like this story and the fact that you are highlighting the issue of domestic violence and how some women in Bella's might be feeling and thinking. I'm not entirely sure that I agree with chapter 6 and the speed with which Bella and Edward are growing to know each other, but then Bella is so starved of real, pure affection that it's not surprising she would react to Edward. I look forward to how this story progresses!
Author's Response: Thank you. The domestic violence issue is something I really wanted to address seriously and realistically and I am so glad you feel I have done that, it means alot to me. You arent alone in thinking things are too fast for Bella and Edward so don't worry. But I am hoping as I continue with the story, I can change your mind about that. You are totally right, Bella is starved of any real affection and she is trying to find who she is. Edward is a big part of that so she reacts strongly to him.
