I'm logging onto my PC just  to review right now - I have to tell you that while this was a fuck-awesome chapter my heart is in my throat right now.

If Rob does what she's dreading I hope she leaves his ass behind and jumps on a London bound plane to wait for him to unleash HURRICANE JEN : )

I'm not sure what to thinkl about Rob right now, but let me tell you several expletives are rolling round my head at the moment.

Wow another great chapter.Surprised bt the slap but knew it was Jen's time of the month.I was so proud of Jen when she went to the party and then stood up to the sumshits oh did I misspell something(haha).I was so happy when Jen got the best in her own way of the Russain creep and having Mack(Mike) rush in was wonderful.What she said about the carry on so funny and what she felt about her ripped dress so Jen.Jen is so great to reenter the party to be with her man God bless her.I think Rob will surprise everyone he has grown up alot since the story started.I think he'll stand tall for the woman he loves no matter what.You my dear are a great storyteller we readers want more.Thanks again for another wonderful chapter you should be so proud of the work you do.We your readers love you for the enjoyment you bring to us.Thanks

Ok, so since it's official talk like a pirate day, I thought that I would do my review in the spirit of the day...

Ay, me mates, the plot it be thickening...

Ay knew summit was evil, Ay just didn't know they were girlfriend kidnapping, Russian goon kind of evil. Arrgh, thanks for clearing that up :)

**Non-pirate side note** Seriously, it does seem like the incident in the hotel is just a wee bit unrealistic. What Summit does adds-up to kidnapping, holding Jen against her will, assault and blackmail. I do have a hard time believing that they would do all of that so quickly when there could be very serious legal, swabbing the deck for 5-10 consequences for them (oops, the pirate snuck in there a bit). Just saying...

Arrgh. Ay likes that our lovely wench Jen is so confident in her relationship with fair young, Rob, that she wouldn't even consider for a moment that he would sell her out for all the treasure in Davey Jones' locker.

Ay be a bit woried about the cliffy. What are our mate's Rob's intentions, me wants to know (which is, I guess what makes it a cliffy). Arrrgh, I want to know what happens next :)

Ay, the scurvy dogs that be Summit are a bit extreme in me chapter, that be certain! But Argh! It be her word against theirs, the lowly landlubbers that they be! And their thug, he be off the books, ye see.... no one to tell that she be tellin the truth. 

Only her mate will know, will know that they mean what they threaten. Will the young lad be true to his love and stand up to the bastards?

Well, now.....THAT was intense and totally surprising. And I LOVED it! Scummit rat bastards....so proud of Jen and her newly strengthened backbone made of steel. Hated that the dress was ruined and she got a bruise to show for her bravery, but she showed them,didn't she?  Mack and Joe to the rescue. Loved it. Now, I'm just curious about Rob's reaction. There is NO way he would sell out Jen or the relationship but I can't wait to see how this plays out. Don't let work wear you out, bb! We will wait patiently (sort of) for the next chappie.  Hugs to you!

Holy shizznit Steph! I was NOT expecting that to be as scary as it was. I know this is an extreme example, but you really have to wonder just how far a big studio like Summit will go to "protect" their investment by meddling in the lives of the actors. Of course we know Rob wouldn't sell out to them (unless maybe they threatened to hurt Jen?), but it's making me crazy wondering what the reticence and head shake is all about!

I was sadpanda that Jen missed watching the premiere with Rob. I really wanted to read about her reaction to the phenomenal job he did in that film. I hope you can work in a private viewing at a not too much later date. She needs to tell him how amazing he was in it, and break down in tears at the end, like we all did. I'm sure his parents tell him all the time how good he is, but I think he's still somewhat insecure about his acting, and needs that validation, especially from someone like Jen who knows him so well.

So glad Jen's body is back to normal, but it seems her psyche is not fully healed. Love that she has a friend like Leah to confide in about all things Rob - we women need that outlet desperately, that objective sounding board to let us know when we're being ridiculous or overreacting, etc. For a secondary character, you've drawn her very well. I LMAO'd at the Stoli reaction....where IS that darn shirt anyway?

Fantastic work all around, Steph. As usual, can't wait for the next chapter? How long until the Bel Ami teaser outtake now?

hey my dear! slowly working through the reviews... sorry its taking so long...

ahh. how far would a studio go for a goldmine? this is definitely an extreme, but i wouldn't put it past them to "persuade" both of them to keep their relationship secret for a little while longer.

what would make Rob keep quiet, certainly not money. fear of Jen being hurt ( and i don't mean by the thugs, but by the rumors) fear of negative exposure for her? hmmmmm.

missing the movie... there is always the London premier... smiles... 

and yes, he absolutely needs to hear it from her. her reaction to the movie is already written (has been since March , and if you have seen the blog, she did indeed blog about it.... a little spoilery...but she is one of us... we know how she will react...)

 

Jen definitely needs someone outside of Rob's inner circle, someone who knows what she is going through. she is still dealing with her damaged psyche. absolutely. and Leah will be instrumental. sometimes a woman needs that friend that can tell her the reality of the situation without being biased. that's theatregirl to Jen. I am so glad you are enjoying her. 

where is that stoli? in the trunk of the bmw.... parked in Stephanie's garage... that's where my money is on it... LOL!
