Yay! I love the quick updates. So, I guess Bella was with Edward in a previous life. I liked the meadow daydream. Your descriptions of nature were great. I wonder who Bella saw in the woods. At first, I thought it was Alice, but then she caught a glimpse of that person in class, so I guess I was wrong about that. Looking forward to more!

I liked Bella's flashbacks to her past life (I'm assuming)! So Edward's always been a vampire, and human Bella is his mate in each life? There has to be a reason why he hasn't changed her yet...is the prophecy related to this?
I don't remember Bella walking into the forest in the original version, but I liked that as well - it added some suspense. And of course Edward came to the rescue:)
I can't wait to read the next chapter...way to keep us on the edge of our seats!
Author's Response: I wish I could answer your questions, but I would give away too much of the story. I can this: there is a very good reason why Bella hasn't been changed.

It seems that she knows the Cullen's from a past life she can't remember. Even voices and smells in her dreams jarred some kind of memory for her. Her and Edward must have been married or engaged in the past. Update soon.

Hmm. This is such a mystery. I just want to know what's going on. Who are these people in her dreams that are out to get her? And what's with the rings Edward has? It so strange how Bella has the marks on her body and feels the pain from her dreams. But maybe they aren't dreams at all, maybe they are memories of some sort. Just a thought.
Another thing that's weird is that Bella feels a pulling sensation right before she goes into her dreams, I wonder what that means. What are the Cullen's part in all of this I wonder? They must know what's going on with Bella but it seems they aren't helping her, or maybe they can't, I don't know. OK I better stop since I'm just rambling now, but I can't help it, it's fustrating trying to figure this out :) Very good chapter though, and I will be waiting at the edge of my seat for the next chapter!

Oh man! Two chapters! What an absolute treat. :o)
I love this story and it is so well written. I am so glad you came back to rewrite it. You have a strong writng talent and a wonderful imagination and such creativity to write this.
The plotline is great...so far what we know of it. We know that something dreadful is going to happen to Bella...maybe. And it appears the Cullen's are there to protect her from the dark shadow, maybe...unless the Cullens ARE the dreadful thing that will hurt Bella...YIKES! I don't know what to think! That is excellent mystyery writing, a phenomenal plotline at it's very best! :o) Great work!
I love a story with a great mystery and this is terrific! I am looking forward to more and more of this terrific story with it's twists and turns. LOVE IT!

Hm, I'm curious about Edward's projection in Bella's dream...I don't think I remember that from before. You're really keeping me on my toes with what's changed!
I can't remember what happened when Bella fainted at the Cullen's, but I did like the little moment she and Edward had. It seems like he's in love with her already but shouldn't show it based on Carlisle's reaction?
I'm even more hooked on this version than I was the original one...good job!! :)

I just found this story, and never read the first version. I like it a lot so far. It is very original, and I like your writing style. I favorited it and look forward to updates.

I hope this new rewrite is working for you, but I loved the original. It was something new that I'd never seen before and you made the Cullens so mysterious and supportive. I hope that you didn't change it because of something said to you. It was your story and you have the right to wright whatever you want. I was a fan and I'm sure there were several others, not everyone who likes something reviews. I've had my fair share of flamers in the past. you just need to laugh at them and remember that they are tiny people with no life or originality of their own so they need to crush those around them. I recognized some of this before, but I don't remember the part where Edward and Bella touch hands. That was so cute - it's like they were just drawn to each other. I'm guessing the pull is getting hard to avoid for them? I am curious to know how/why Edward has kept his distance until now. Can't wait to see what else you have in store for these two!
