I had read this when you updated but my stupid phone doesn't let me leave reviews which is annoying cos I read a lot on the train and then I have to remember to go back and review on the computer! Not so spontaneous! Anyhow... ooh I think he should just help her connect the dots!! Come on Alexa! The flowers were nice though. Every girl would like to get flowers from Edward Cullen! Hope to find out soon how she reacts, I hope she doesn't put it down to him having a big ego and thinking he can charm the pants off anyone!

hmmm.....to be honest, I'm not sure what to think about this chapter. Has Alexa 100% figured out that textingRob and RPatz are the same???? I'm glad to see that real-life Rob is going for it, but I'm sooooo nervous for Alexa's reaction.
But all in all, I still love your fic! But you knew that already!
Author's Response: I just re-read that chapter and I can see where you'd be confused.
I guess I should have named the Robs differently to distinguish them... Robert (for real-life-Rob) and Rob (for Phone-Rob)... I don't know.
But to answer your question, no, she doesn't know that the two Robs are the same person ... yet. She has a feeling that something isn't right, but she feels like she's just putting her feelings for the guy that she was texting onto the guy that she just met... Still, she knows that there's something familiar about him and the fact that he sent her favorite flowers, well, that didn't help the sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach. Make sense?

I really like your story but I can't believe you spoiled Little Ashes for me when it hasn't even been released in DVD and they only showed it in such few theatres...... :(
I do have a question though, if Alexa had put the dots together and wanted to thank Rob, instead of trying to get a message to him at the hotel, why didn't she just text him?

BUT! I didn't really spoil the end. Watch the movie anyway, because it's amazing and what you THINK is going to happen... might not happen. That made no sense. Watch the movie anyway and I'm sorry for spoiling it!!
On another note, thank you for your review! It really makes me happy to know that you enjoyed it. Alexa hasn't put the dots together yet... not really. She kind of has, but she doesn't want to believe that her Rob and Robert Pattinson are the same guy. She's at a point where she feels like she projected her feelings for phone-Rob onto real-life-Rob.

first off, i want to say that i reallly love this story! i'm always so excited when i see that it's been updated.. but i have to say that i'm disappointed the chapters are so short. i feel like we're finally getting somewhere and then the chapter is over already!

I have noticed that the chapters look really short. I'm sorry about that. It's finished and has about 34 chapters. When I wrote it, I was thinking novel-length. Overall, the completed story has over 80,000 words, but I do understand how it can be frustrating especially since I've noticed that other authors here write 4-5,000 word chapters.
I was trying to see if I could squeeze some of the chapters together without screwing up the ending. Maybe I'll go back and add a couple of pages to each chapter... hmm...

Just read this today. I love how it's progressing! Rob is being kind of creepy in the way he's hiding who is is and knowing he's going to see her at the concert even though she doesn't know. It looks like it will make a really great awkward!Rob kind of situation. I can't wait for more, adding to faves!

It's funny that you think Rob is being creepy. I've never gotten that point of view before, but I see where it can come from. Alexa is also kind of hiding who she is, too, though, isn't she? She never said that she was 'Lexie' right? Haha. Something to ponder, I guess.

yup, I was basically owning up to getting the iphone for just that! And yes, you did leave us on another cliff hanger! This chapter resolved none of my kirsten issues and I have to admit to being slightly worried that Alexa is going to get all annoyed at pretty Rob for lying to her and saying that he was going to bed when he's really living it up at the KoL concert! (at least, when she figures out its him)
We'd better be getting some fireworks to make up for the double cliffy! :-)
