This story is just getting better and better. I really love the depth you have given all of the characters: their strengths but especially their flaws. Good to see that Edward is more complicated than anxiety ridden. Beautifully written. Thanks for such a joyful read.

Author's Response: Thank you!  I'm very flattered!  Edward has changed too, which is sort of fun.  Bella's change is more evident, but to be expected, I think.  She was very young.  Edward's change is more profound. :-)

I think I said this on the other site...but I read it again here and I love how the two characters have matured. I believe that would happen over time. Even a vampire can change right?

I like your writing style, too. The pacing of your sentences and the phrasing matches Bella's attitude and outlook. I wonder if I should thank my BA in Eng Lit for giving me the skills to notice that.

*chuckles* You're reinforcing my thoughts that I do NOT want to go into academia. Yikes.

 Also, I grew up outside of Atlanta and still live in the 'burbs there, and know N. Georgia pretty well, so I appreciate the familiar setting.

Academia is a killer sometimes, but can be worth it. Ha.  I had a lot of fun coming up with J. A. Whitlock.  I think that money can only get one so far sometimes.  So I thought the Cullens would probably like having a "real" person (or as real as it can get) to fall back on when needed.

I would love to see where you take this story. There is something about the harshness and reality of Bella's situation that makes me curious to see how you have the two of them deal with it.

Author's Response: Thank you!  And yes, they will be dealing with a lot of things, including her disability, once the story progresses further.  I don't want it to overshadow the rest of the story, but it's still a factor. :-)
