Another wonderful chapter.  When Mark declares that Bella is his life and Edward responds that it is the same for him, it really brings it home.  Thanks also for the teaser for the next chapter in the A/N; I'm looking forward to some more B/E interaction!

Author's Response: More B/E coming up. :-)  And the guys' friendship was a sort of ... odd thing.  But I really wanted them to like each other, once they got past the "I hate you for what you did to her; I hate myself for what I did to her." Ha.

That was very sweet and sad.  I teared up myself.

 i really enjoyed the interaction, i look foward to more, and to more beautiful moments between the two. i think when they re-unite its going to be so beautiful and amazing.. your drawing it out, and its good...

1.  i like that edward was friends with bella's husband.  that is awesome.

2.  it's sad that the cullens are all split up at the moment, but it looks like that is changing.

3.  i kind of don't like this "older" edward and older bella.  i like her better than him because i can see how she got to be where she is, but as for edwad . . . it's like he's saying he's not perfection.  :)  but that's my fault, not yours.  it does add a new dynamic to his character.

1-2. Yes, Edward and Mark knew each other and were friends, and the reuniting of the Cullens is a large part of the plot. :-)

3. Ha.  Edward isn't perfection.  That's just a teenaged Bella's love-blind view of him. :-)  He's a lot more interesting for not being so.  (Perfect characters are boring because they leave nothing to write about, not to mention they're not real people. Ha.)

Ah, and Edward shows up.  I love the amount of detail you have regarding people with spinal cord injuries and the little medical things.  A wonderful story. :)

Good chapter, I liked their debate, it had quite a bit of information in it, but it was something she is passionate about and so it helped her relax and just be able to talk to him.

Author's Response: Exactly!  Right now, Bella is -- has to be -- in a really "head place" in order to function and not just dissolve, emotionally.

I loved the interaction with Bella and Edward in this chapter.  I love that her walls are coming down and she is accepting to him wanting to help her.

I always find myself with tears in my eyes reading every chapter of your story...even if it's not really sad, the whole situation is just really unfortunate :(

Loved how theri conversation"debate' went! Love that Edward is trying so hard to be there for Bella in any way he can. He is showing her that he is not being so selfish in his ways like he had in the past. great job! Cannot wait to see what is on that CD!
