I really don't think that it's that big or a deal. Edward shouldn't keep it from her but it's not like its the biggest thing in the world. Telling Emmett to lie is wrong though. Update soon

Ok, he shouldn't have told his friends to lie and he should have been up front with her. But really, as long as they ended up where they are today, what difference does it make who sent the friend request? People are so sensitive sometimes, I swear. Can't wait for more!!

Actually, I'm not thinking it was a big deal at all. Emmett's right, Bella wouldn't have given it a second thought. But, remember, it's the cover up that always gets you in trouble (Nixon and Watergate....).

nothing too drastic, its not that big of deal. but she should be kinda upset that he didn't trust her enough to tell her the truth. i think she overreacted a little here.

I think that everyone just needs to sit down and have a talk to air everything out. Life would be much simpler if people did stuff like that, but it probably wouldn't make for a very interesting story line. Time to whip out the grand gestures, Edward.
P.S. If I were Bella, I would be upset that he was trying to hide something from me and lie to me, but I wouldn't care that he wasn't the one who friended me.
