I got this account just yesterday, but I've been keeping an eye on your story for a while now. I really enjoy it, but the angst hurts, and because you don't update too often, it seems even longer. So thanks for the fluff in this chapter.
I really, really hope to see things get better soon. Edward being so committed to Tanya always gives me this knot in my stomach. I have nothing against her, really - I'm Russian, too, and an immigrant - but the fact that she has to be in the way always gets frustrating.
Keep writing, and I look forward to updates!

Mmm, this chapter is very good, and I like it, but I want to know more about the present and what will happen with Dr. Edward Cullen and Bella, and the past doesn't interest me very much. It's very nice to know what happened to them in the past, but the present is more exciting. What will happen with Tanya? Will Edward and Bella be together?
And I really love this story. You're an excellent writer.

i hate that edward blames her for everything. Bella does not need a victim she needs a man.
Author's Response: Edward blamed her in the past, and you are right to an extent he still does blame her for what happend- you'll see why in future chapters. BUT he will soon realize that he was at fault too. He is already feeling bad knowing that Bella needed some support when Charlie was injured, and he wanted to make up for it by talking to her in chapter 7. But Bella realized that it was late to talk about the past and nothing would change it. Don't worry, Bella is not a doormat either, she'll realize it wasn't her fault either and will call Edward on it.
I hope future chapters redeem Edward for you ;)!

Both past and present are important... the present is more exciting of course, but sometimes we have to go back and see what went wrong. I like to think of myself as a hardcore B/E so I want a happy ending.. but a lot of stuff still needs to happen! so keep an eye out for updates!! ;D

Just proves that when you ASSUME, you make and ASS out of U and ME. Communication people, let's have some! Please let them learn their lesson and not let communication be their propblem again. They need to learn to open up and be honest with each other.

What a turn of events! That is so sad about Billy and Charlie, poor Bella and Jacob. What will Edward do now that he knows why Bella never came for him? He's engaged - doesn't sound like he thought of Tanya once since Bella's accident. Oh and why in the world didn't Carlisle tell Edward about the accident? Crazy! Love this story! Update soon!
Author's Response: well edward obviously didn't react that well. you see, all these years he thought she was just over him, but turns out she had a good reason to not go after him. It is sad, but its the only way Bella would've stayed in Forks and not go after Edward, to be fair, she thought he would come back at some point. but he never did.
