agh. frustrating frustrating frustrating! Which i guess proves how good at this you really are. i long for more Edward. And even an ounce of Bella's realisation of feelings, not just butterflies or hormones, for him!

I can't wait to see what E wants to talk about. B is right though, E can't really be mad at seeing her with J. He knows she has a bf and he hasn't stopped going out with other girls which B has seen. But I did like him getting mad and actually going up to them!

Thanks for the update.

lol, of course she said yes! I love that edward gets so jealous as if he's the boyfriend already. great chapter even with all the Jacob

This is my first review and I really like this story. But I gotta ask, did you mean for Bella to be such a pain in the ass? She gets so defensive and snappy. Edward said something a few chapters back so I think you meant it that way.

Author's Response:

yeah, Bella is a pain in the ass.  Kind of the opposite of canon Bella, right?  This Bella is very insecure, so she can be really annoying.  But hopefully you will like her despite that!

Wonder if Edward is giving up?  Can't wait to find out!

Stop screwin' Jake, Bells, and get some E action!

I hope he cancels the dance. She needs to kick Jacob to the curb. Was surprised her weekend with Jake was so sex filled and content. I really thought she was developing feelings for E. Kinda hating her right now. She should have been honest about Jacob coming to dance. She is totally lying and leading Edward on And being self righteous about it. Yay, hating on B strongly now. I hope E takes someone else , someone great and B ends up alone when Jacob cheats which of course he will.

Bella needs to wake up, Jake is just juvenile and yesterdays news, Edward is so caring and thoughtful and really does get Bella and still keeps coming back for more.

hmm, i wonder what edward wants to "talk" about?  jake is so sweet.  what's a poor, confused bella to do?!

Please please find Jake another girl and make them break up. Jake/Bella is just not good. Love your story though.

Sorry about my lack off reviews, I've been reading on my cell and I am horrible at texting. So, I'm now in love with this story. I will write again when I'm able to type.

I can't believe no one has called Bella on her eating disorder past yet. It is way too obvious, or is it just because the story is told from Bella's pov and she obsesses about it thus making herself stand out more to me? Why doesn't she just call Jacob? I mean , what's the point in having a boyfriend if you can't have him when you need him? I expect my boyfriend to pick up the phone even if I call him at 3am, dammit.

Obsessing is just not healthy when it comes to anything... definitely when it comes to dealing with guys.

This is my favorite chapter so far. I am a total ExB fan.  I like the way they ran into each other in the club. And, I especially like that  Edward made his feelings about her clear... Bella does seem to be a little dense.

That was cute. And I now know just how serious Jacob and Bella are.

Reviewer: Starnani21 (Signed) · Date: February 22, 2010 06:44 PM · On: Chapter 2 - The Ride Home

That was a really weird bonding experience to witness. I'm from NY too! And my best friend is Jewish! So, that's just... whatever, really. That was a tight and awkward conversation starter... but, man do I miss home sometimes. I have talked with strangers extensively about NY on occasion. Okay, how'd the game go? I know nothing about football, and my boyfriend, a football player, tolerates me during football season.

Oh I really liked this chapter!  I liked the way you you jumped between the different points in time, as opposed to just telling it chronologically.  I loved the car scene and Bella's confession.  I like the way you incorporated into your story, similar to the vampire confession in the car in Twilight.  I also found it interesting that Alice also has an eating disorder.  It gives Edward the opportunity to be more empathetic, understanding and supportive of Bella's plight. I also think it will make her see that she can trust him to understand instead of thinking less of her.

Egad!  I'm all caught up with posted chapters.  I can't wait to see (read) what happens next. How will they interact once they are back on campus?  What will happen by the time we get to winter break?  Will they ever hook up when alcohol isn't involved (or at least primarily so)?  Will Jacob find out and if so how?

<putting my patient pants on>  :o)

Reviewer: JenKB (Signed) · Date: February 11, 2010 02:13 PM · On: Chapter 15 - The Game

Okay, so I knew from the moment that she ran into Edward at the stadium that something like the ending would happen.  Of course, she'll worry about it in the morning. I would be annoyed with her except for the fact that I've been in her position (no pun intended), so I fully understand the confusion and mixed emotions that I'm sure she's feeling, not to mention just getting caught up in the moment.  I like Emily, and I wonder why she doesn't like Jacob.  I also find it interesting that Edward and Bella grew up near one another and have mutual friends/acquintances, but never seemed to have met. I'm also wondering if/when Edward finds out that Bella could've been a sophomore at this point and how he will react to Bella's "condition".  Will he be supportive or repulsed?  I'm also wondering if/when Bella will tell Jacob anything.  We already know he's suspicious.

Author's Response:

love your review - sorry it took me this long to write back.  I also was in her position (hence my desire to write this story), and you think as an outsider that you would "do the right thing" but when it is happening, at least I did all the wrong things.  So that's where I'm coming from.   And when Edward finds out all the details  . . . well, you'll see what happens.

Reviewer: JenKB (Signed) · Date: February 11, 2010 01:37 PM · On: Chapter 14 - Casino Night

Although it's painful, I'm glad that things aren't so easy and so cut and dry for Edward and Bella.  I feel badly for Jacob, but I think this story is pretty realistic for how most long distance relationships go and why they're so difficult.  I think Bella was right when she said it would be easier if she and Jacob went to the same school.  On another note, I found it interesting that Bella had clarity as to what motivated her binge/purge.
