*sigh* i just woke up and this seems so heavy early in the morning. sometimes it's hard for me to understand the way bella thinks. she's just full of negativity. lately i've been wondering how the mind of a depressed person works because of something i watched. and now while i was reading this, i thought of it again. is this how a depressed person think? i thought depressed people are depressed because things are not going their way? i'm not sure really. but here, bella is obviously finding out that edward didn't mean what he said, that he's love her all this time..i mean, that's what she wants right? and yet she won't accept it. she'd rather be numb. she seriously needs to see a therapist or something. she's putting edward in a pedestal. thinking he can't do anything wrong that's why all this time she's thinking that edward meant everything he said at the prom. that's why she believes until now that she's whore. seriously?  she said so herself she hasn't kissed anyone. she needs to learn i guess that everyone of us, once in our lives, is guilty for saying something that we didn't mean . especially when we're angry. no one is infallible. even the best of us say the stupidest things when we're really angry. for her to think edward is not capable of that.. well..it's just all very disheartening. she's saying she will try but all her thoughts negate it even if evidence is staring her in the face. the only silver lining for me right now is your notes in the end that they will only go forward from here. thank you!! i guess it's really about time.

No. Depressed people are not depressed simply because things are not going their way.  I know many depressed people who seemingly have everything going right.  Sometimes it's chemical.  Sometimes it is a sense of self worth that was so incredibly damaged at once point or another that they truly have lost all sense of self.  With Bella, one cannot turn around 8 years of damage, be it self inflicted or not, in one sitting.  Just because you find out what you believed to be true is not, that doesn't make a switch flip.  Her behaviours are learned and ingrained and it will take time for her to let them go.  Besides, what Edward said to her was only a piece of what made her the way that she is.  Don't gorget that his words ar prom were merely the straw that broke her, not the sum total of what happened to her.  Thank you for reading and reviewing.

Let's give thanks this eve of the eve of Thanksgiving.  I love how they are mending.  Ahhhhh!  Girls you outdo yourselves each time.  I wish blessing upon you and your families for this holiday season.  Let Chubward stich your broken soules and mend the bleeding hearts.

I enjoyed it. Facing that pain was hard, but in the end it's worth it to not hold on to it anymore. Y'all are doing a brilliant job making us feel the pain and heartche. Loving someone may not be easy at times. Everyone comes with a past and family issues. But it's how we face those things that will either have us to move forward or stay stuck.
