OMG, LOVED the beginning! Lol, Poor Edward couldn't handle the sight of Bella touching herself, that was hilarious. And I think Bella did an A+ job on her first try ;)
I don't want her to leave though :( What will happen to the blankie?...he'll be all alone lol.
Fantastic ending, She said she loved him! And in front of other people! Big step for brokella. Amazing.
Lee
Author's Response: Brokella is trying so hard, but there is so much to deal with. Poor blankie! Who will cuddle him???
Thanks so much for reading and reviewing!

The differences between a man's reaction to an event vs the female's reaction to the same event are far apart. Edward and Bella both enjoyed each other. Edward wanted to finish their exploration and time together below in their room. Bella had been fighting her mental demons all the time she was in Edward's arms and being loved by him as she was loving him. In her mind, she knows Edward loves her, adores her, and wants her. But all the remarks made by the men at Renee's plus the blow up at prom with Edward, she has been believing she isn't worthy enough for Edward with her self talk. She was happy with Edward after the gazebo on the roof and both were laughing and giggling on their way to Edward's reserved room. Good old Aunt Betsy in her drunken rantings made an evil comment about Bella not being good enough for Edward and trying to trap Edward so she could be in the family. All of her comments are far from the truth as Bella has been a member of their family from the beginning. Just because Aunt Betsy may be blood relative, she's not part of the family because no one likes her. While Bella won her place in the family by her kindness and her loving spirit years and years ago. I hope Bella realized when Carlisle and Esme were angry was not at Bella heading to a hotel room with Edward, but at the crude and cruel remarks made by Aunt Betsy. I am surprised Edward didn't just tell her where to fly off on her broomstick. But he was more concerned about the fearful expression on Bella's face. Edward knew he needed to get to her to calm her down and to again state what Aunt Betsy said is garbage. I personally want to break her jaw. Hopefully once her jaw is wired shut for 6 weeks, she'd learn to think before she opens her offensive mouth. Drinking her meals through a straw for all that time would be semi-adequate punishment. She's the aunt every family wishes would get lost somewhere to be never heard from again. So now Bella has told Edward she has to leave him. She needs to overcome the vocal demon voices in her head. She needs to believe that she is a worthy person and all the negative talk she has heard over and over the years is false. She needs to fix and heal her broken pieces together. Edward she believes he needs to fix himself as well. They can only do that separatedly. But at least this time the communication avenues should be open to text message, call on the phone, send emails, send letters. They would be able to stay in contact with each other during their healing process. If they are going to start from the beginning communication is important in establishing any type of relationship. Both have admitted to loving only one person in all their lives and that is each other. So looking forward to how their last night together in Edward's bed is handled and to the pain of separating across the country from the other. Working through their problems and working towards the other for a healthy, life lasting, and loving relationship forever.
Author's Response: You make wonderful points. It all does come down to communication with these two. The lack of it is what destroyed them to begin with, and if they are ever to be fixed, they will need to start doing much better on this front.

Dear Edward, you should total your next volvo (cause we know you're gonna drive one forever now since it saved your life) cause the hot tub action was HAWT! *thud* ;)
I'm glad B is stepping back anymore. She may not be able to move forward at this point but she's making a serious effort. And she loves him!
Amazing!

Aw, B helped Emmett plan a party for Edward's bday :D So sweet! AHAHA! I LOVED how Edward got back at Aunt Bitchy..er.. I mean Betty *cough* ;)
And we got more kisses!. Edward is finally really understanding how much what he said affected Bella. She wore a one piece swimsuit and a sarong at the pool that was only littered with her very close friends and practically her family. There weren't any strangers there. *sigh*
I'm happy that she is trying. loved the ending.
Lee
Author's Response: Bella is a hot mess. Then again, Chubward is too:(
She is definitely trying though.

Okay...That said, I'm really in to this story and think you're doing a great job!

Bella's right, they do need to work on thier issues. Not sure if leaving will help her though. She has no support back home. And poor Edward. I fear this is going to hurt him more than her. His worst nightmare come true, Bella leaves him yet again :(.. great ending in this chapter.
Author's Response: You will definitely have a good idea how this effects poor Chubward from the next chapter....

Can I shoot his Aunt? It was getting so good and she interrupted but I think you did a good job. Cause that is what would happen in real life.
GREAT JOB can't wait for more
Author's Response: Painful as it is, we are trying to keep it as close to reality as we can...

Jesus...I'm beginning to wonder about your mental health with the level of angst...between this story and Not Like This...holy crap man...it's insane...
Author's Response: LOL! And the funny part is, I'm pretty snarky and overly bouncy in real life (well, except when I'm exhausted). Let's just say I had my share of pain in the past and I can draw from there....

Mmmm... thoughts. Well, my primary one is that while I agree that it would be prudent for Bella and Edward to deal with their issues on their own, I don't know that I agree with Bella going back to her home to do so.
Clearly, she doesn't have much of a support structure there. And she needs one. Furthermore, I think that she also needs access to someone who knew her mother, and she certainly doesn't have that at her home.
I don't know. I am concerned about Bella. Her coping mechanism is withdrawl, and I don't know how she'll do alone. I think she's going to need some tangible reminders to help her continue to fight all the distortions in her mind.
Good luck - I think you're going to need it!
Author's Response: All great points. Keep in mind, even Charlie didn't really know Renee that well - at least not adult Renee. It is going to be *very* hard for Bella to do this alone, but it is possible. We shall see how she does (and Chubward as well).

Wow! That was so sad. There seems to be a pattern here!LOL! Kidding, but I'm really glad to see that they are at the point where they are ready to get help. I'm sure it's going to take a while, but it will be worth it in the end. Once again great chapter!!
Author's Response: It had to happen, alas. We are HEA girls, so it will be okay in the end. Hang in there.
