Wow!  That was really good!  Not the usual Edward is so wonderful that she had three orgasms or six orgasms, but they provided to each other what they both needed.  It was real.  A good beginning to what I hope will grow into something that is really good for both of them.  The story about Loopy was really cute and sweet!  And they are going to spend the night together, which really seems like a big deal to Bella since she cannot usually sleep if she shares a bed.  Really enjoyed the chapter; I think I may have to go back and read that again when I have more time.  Thanks for sharing!

Okay, gushing aside, I am concerned. With sexaholics being at the forefront of the news these days - I am worried that Edward is going to trade one  addiction for another. In fact, Bella could be his new addiction. 

 

Nah, I'm over thinking it right? You know he slips one passed the goalie, they get married live in the burbs and live happily ever after. Oh wait, what fun would that be?

TB, this chapter was just amazing.  While I love that it was in Bella's POV, I am dying to know what was going through Edward's head, too.  I wonder what happened that day for it to be so shitty.  Was he just acutely missing the drugs and drink?   Did he therefore substitute the high of sex for the high he got from drugs?  My heart hopes that he was truly present in mind for this experience with Bella, and it seems like he was for the most part.  But part of me really does wonder if this wasn't a substitute high for him--is that not why addicts are discouraged from having sex during the early stages of recovery?  My other huge concern is what's going to happen to Edward when Bella leaves for Seattle.  Now that they are this close and he is seemingly becoming dependent on her, is he going to relapse?  It almost seems inevitable.  The thought makes me want to cry.

I would also like to say that you wrote probably one of the most realistic sex scenes I've ever read in twi-fic.  I love that while Bella was able to enjoy herself during intercourse, she wasn't able to orgasm from penetration alone (or come on command--how does that happen, exactly?).  It was so many things at once--intense, awkward, funny, pleasurably painful, quietly erotic.  It was just so real--I loved it.

I've been waiting for this to happen.... but now that it has, I almost wish it hadn't.  It almost seems like he's trying to fill a gap by fucking her.  And what was all the changing positions the first time?  It just all seemed so frantic.... and it makes me a little antsy for what's coming.

Wow, it was like you were in Bella's head for the whole experience.  Such an unusual way to do a lemon but it was amazing.  It was real and touching and just lovely.  I wrote another review but it seems as if Twilighted decided to eat it and not post I feel like I said things better the first time I tried to write the review, technology... have to love it....

Sorry got sidetracked but I feel like you are setting us up for Edward to take a slide the slope.  I know it happens with recovery but I just hate to see Edward in pain and struggling more than he already is.  You have written him as such a sensitive soul that my heart just feels for him.  This was another lovely, emotional, and touching chapter :)

You write the most amazing dialogue I think I have ever read.  Everything about the fic rings so realistic and true.  It is just such a nice break from the monotony that has become twilight fan fiction.  I love that we finally a sex scene where Bella doesn’t have 5 bazillion orgasms, and where Edward actually needs a little assistance.  It is honest and real and refreshing.

 I just finished the first chapter and I can understand why there is such interest in your story. The vividness of Edward in this chapter left me feeling like I had been punched in the gut. I felt all of his drunken/high joy and pain. I didn't know if I wanted to hit him or hug him.
