UGH!! Such a sad event in which to run into Edward who is apparently now drinking (?) and maybe a mess again. It's hard to see her become so vulnerable to him all over again & be willing to be with him so easily. Where is her strength? didn't she learn anything? Well written!

Wow. That was...intense. Dark days...dark, dark days, Edward. But they're over, yes? And now we move forward. Slowly, but steadily and with intention. Away from the dark. Jasper is a super duper sponser. Love his character.
I do love how hyper-sensitive Edward is to his surroundings. The amount of sensory adjectives is insane, but so important. I feel that Edward kind of needs the sensory information. A reminder that he's alive, that he's moving forward. That he notices the little details around him is incredible, considering how little he noticed in his darkest hours.

Wow is all I can say! He has become so very dependent on her and I could see that it would blow up in his face when she left for college. Totally unhealthy for both of them.

It's difficult to read when Bella refers to herself as a "girl" and to Edward as a "boy" even though they are both in their 20's. It would be a better read that the words be changed to "woman" and "man". I suppose that there may be a reason for this "boy" being Edward's immaturity and feeling/acting llike a teenager.
Otherwise, it's a good read.

And the pieces keep falling into place. I'm getting anxious about Bella going to Seattle. But I suppose that's all part of your grand plan. And I'm okay with that. I like Edward's willingness to listen to Bella's recommendations, and their interaction was a perfect combination of awkward-adorable. It made me smile.
The Jasper tug was an unexpected one, though. I like it. I love it when Jasper and Edward run deep.

Edward's days in the beginning of the chapter? Amazing. So amazing. After the second day, I was dumbfounded with your approach. And it's so true. The monotony, the repetition. It's so necessary and pathetic all at the same time. Brava.
I was disappointed that Edward didn't recognize Bella. I'm not surprised, given his situation, but disappointed nonetheless. I respect her reaction. And now she's locked in his mind, just as he is to hers, so things shall progress. I'm excited about it!
And I always did love man self-love. So hot.

There's a love-hate relationship between fics and the readers. The love of long chapters, because we get immersed in the characters, and the story can often swallow us whole. The hate that when the little white box shows up, singifying the end, we forget details that pulled us from our rooted spaces. I love that you have a seemlessness to your writing. It flows beautifully, and the transitions from one space in time to another is really well done. But it makes me forget little things that make me want more. I'm a sucker for details...
Bella's perception of Ben and Angela at the bar, her relationship with Seth, and both of them understanding the casualness of it....Alice's gestures toward Jasper at the bar...
But I truly loved this: I continue shelving books, avoiding the space he's occupied as if he were still there. I think I read it three or four times. It's heavy and heady and true. I've had that feeling, I've done that. It was lovely.

Seth, huh? Okay. We can work with that for a bit. I am really liking the premise here, though. I like Bella and Charlie's relationship, and now with Alice and Jasper. It fits together nicely. And I'll be damned if Seth isn't just an adorable maybe-I-could-fuck-you kinda way. But tell me more about this bookstore man ::taps chin eagerly::

Unf! OOC, indeed! I loved the temperature changes. For whatever reason...They seemed really important to me. Little notes about his surroundings, and his awareness. I loved it. I've been meaning to read this fic for a long, long time now, and I have time. So let's do this thing, shall we?

Oh my god, couldn't they just orally get each other off?? How sexually frustrating can one get until it's just too much?? I'm at that point just reading it.

Ah so sweet, so tender, so hawt. The slow build up has been sweet but frustrating. And the point of stopping before going further is understandable in their situation but difficult as well.
Well written & love the humor and teasing within the dialogue.

Oh I'm so, so sad it's done. My heart is breaking a little bit to say goodbye to these two. What a beautiful, touching, well-written story.

These two are so very sweet. I loved the moment when they were connected with their hands. They are so in love that it's overwhelming. I so look forward to reading about when they get back together.

I have often wondered about what a drug addict or alcholic has to go through to hit rock bottom & want to change the situation. You've painted quite a picture of it. Well written. I look forward to his upcoming changes.

The two of them are just beautiful together, even when they are just being friends. I want them to jump into each other's arms and reunite, but I think the delayed satisfaction is so much better. Their relationship is so much more than them being able to just reunite as soon as they start hanging out again.

Thank you for sharing this story with us. My heart went out out to this Bella and Edward for all they had been through because they felt like real people and i love how you went deep into their characters and relationship, I really cared about them. This story was so excellent, so very well written. Sorry, but I don't understand the title though.

I'm glad they got to talk and that it wasn't all rainbows and sunshine. I'm still saddened by the distance between them but I know it's necessary. I hope he doesn't bring a date to the wedding!

The anticipation is killing me! I am so nervous about their meeting. i can't believe so much time has passed but I think it helps give the story and it's characters a real maturity. I think I am going to go pace a bit before I read this next chapter.

You have DEFINATELY had a bladder infection before! You're description was spot on, and made me cringe AND LOL!

Oh that's so sad. My heart just breaks for him. I can't believe how much time has passed, but I am glad he is in a better place now. The loneliness is just so sad.

Not sure I agree with what Edward shared at the meeting but I understand how you would want to show Edwards past and progress. I really appreciate your story.

Those awkward moments for people in the program. Trying hard to keep each other anonimity. Great job moving the story along.

Edward's daily routine and intellectual struggles with addiction are well written. I don't know where you got the insight but I must say it is dead on. Really...great job. I know now why each chapter to this story was highly anticipated. Thank you for writing.
