Yeah, my first reaction to the beginning was Good God they're moving fast...nothing good will come of this.
And look, nothing good has come of it.
This is heartbreaking, but the look inside Edward's head is necessary.

Your story is just soooo satisfying to read. Wish I could be elequent about why its so satisfying to me. I have 12 years clean and sober and am finding myself really emotionally engaged with this. I love your style and that you spend time with the visceral and emotional experience of your characters- I am truly absorbed. have been fascinated by your stepping into an addicts shoes. I guess have been lucky to avoid getting hooked on anything myself, but have several friends that have been struggling forever and hit the bottom multiple times. your writing helped me see their struggle and walls they surrounded themselves with. And with the E & B characters, I am really curious how (or if?) you'll eventually turn it around. Keep it up! and thank you. ;-)

He speaks the truth. You know it, I know it...if Edward heard it, he'd know it and deep down Bella knows it.

I liked the way Jasper just gave him a good lesson in tough love. I think that change is coming for Edward and Bella and I sure as hell hope that she is not with Jake. Overall good chapter.

WOW, two years... I hope some how they work out... Edward seems to be doing better, not great but better... Im curious to see if Bella has moved on, I suspect she might be with Jake but has always and will love Edward, I think they need to see eachother again to feel what they lost and how it should be, them together...

I keep forgetting to write this, but I enjoy your Bella. Most characterizations of her I could throw away, but you Bella is actually interesting.
I think they're moving too fast.
I smell angst afoot and while I'm anxious and excited for it, it puts me on edge because yours are the kind of characters readers root for and I know it's going to be painful...and yet I can't wait to feel that pain.

Edward is so sweet. It's sorta strange, I want to not like him, but I just can't. All that stuff at the beginning... it seemed like he would be a douch, but he is just sweet. And Bella is too awkward but sweet and open. I just can not get enough of these characters!
Obviously, it did not work for me to just read one more chapter!! I'll probably keep reading 'till I fall asleep. My poor husband will find me on the couch, in the morning, with my laptop open, asleep! :)
