Wow, five years is a long time to not be over someone.  I think this is going to be a cataclysmic meeting!

This meeting might be pretty painful for both, but I agree with Kate, it's really necessary, there's too much history and hurt and they need to just explain themselves, get closure or lay the foundations for a tentative new beginning. But I don't believe in this too much, I hope, but I don't believe. This don't strike me as a HEA kind of story. I might be wrong, I hope I am, they both deserve to be happy and if they could do it together it would be great.

I still love this story and it still tears at my heart at every chapter. I don't know if I should thank you or curse you. Maybe both.

Great update :) I'm feeling a little more hopeful for the two of them :) Bella has seemed to grow a lot, but of course the effect Edward has on her is still strong :) I agree with Kate, this meeting will be healing for both of them, she needs some answers. 

I'm really hoping for them to find a way back to each other, they had very good potential when they were together, and now that they're both more grown up and mature, they have amazing potential :)

Hi tb. I adored this chapter. It's amazing to me how well you span time and show the growth of Bella's character. Kate is awesome. I'm glad Bella has a friend like her. It was hard to see her with Jake but I appreciate what a good guy he is and how he treated her. I like that she stays honest with herself, even when it's hard. Edward's message made my heart race. I cannot believe it's been almost 5 years. I have so many questions and concerns running through me regarding him. I'll be sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for their rendezvous. Love love this.

I'm freaking out over your playlist for ch 22. I'm a total nut for the national. My hubs and I just saw them last month. Green Gloves is such a pretty song. Built to Spill is awesome. And Sun Kil Moon has a special place in my heart. My favorite song of theirs is the cover of neverending math equation.

You can really feel Bella's conflict and all of those terrible, confusing emotions. Excelllent job!

Awe, I can't help but want a HEA for them. He may of moved on already, I'll hate if that's the case. I don't know something about the idea of true love, ever lasting, accepting & forgiving love.

Wow - there was a lot going on in that chapter. Not complaining, just sayin. Anyway, I have developed a soft spot for a sweet Jacob, so I was kind of sad to see him go so quickly. I know it's a BxE fic, but I still love a little side of Jacob.

 

Anyway, definitely looking forward to seeing how the reunion goes!

great chapter; can't believe jasper's story! shocking to say the least. also, interesting use of the time gap. wasn't expecting a 4 year lag, but it makes sense! looking forward to their awkward heart to heart.

Glad Edward is getting his life together. Doesn't seem like Bella is able to move on with hers. Can't wait to see what their conversation will be. Great story.
