Love that this takes place over a period of time; that they aren't apart for just a few months. Not saying I don't want them back together, I do.

Oh Edward... *sigh* You're giving an excellent insight into the program and the issues that face him, including the details of treatment, it's fascinating.

It's great to see him expressing himself a lot more succinctly these days, his head was such a vaccuum before that to be in there now and see cohesive thoughts is like meeting him for the first time.

I liked it....I am glad they talked they obviously still have feelings for one another. I would love it if he did text her, just out of the blue and she responded. Why can't they be friends and then maybe eventually date???

I'm glad that they had this conversation. Though it really seemed like Bella had changed a lot! I hope that Edward can get to know her again.

best chapter in awhile, blew my mind. Love EPOV so much. Was hoping that Bella would be a little angier, was also hoping that she would remind him that she LOVED him, I thought that was a big ommission from the conversation? I really enjoyed Edward's talk with the shrink at the end though, hoping for more of that in the following chapters. Actually hoping for a lot of this chapter in ones to come, I loved it. Is the next one the wedding already?

I think it's realistic that Bella and Edward could fall in love again...and even likely that they never really stopped .  Those feelings were put on hold...terrible things happened.  It's interesting that Bella's romantic relationships during the last five years have ultimately failed...that something was missing.  I think that a platonic friendship would be difficult for them to maintain over a long period of time, as their attraction is too intense.  I believe that Bella and Edward are wrong when they say/think that they no longer know each other: although they no longer know the details of each other's everyday lives, education, and social networks, they still relate to each other on a more important, intimate level: they recognize, understand, and appreciate each other's fundamental personality.  It's similar to how so many people relate to this beautiful story: at the most basic level, we connect with these characters because they feel what we feel - love, obsession, shame, inadequacy, etc etc.  It's kind of how, once in a blue moon, we have an amazing conversation with someone we don't know and feel an immediate "kindred spirit" connection.  It's an amazing feeling and we don't feel so alone in the world.  Bella and Edward are not alone either.    

Great chapter. Edward and Bella's meeting was so very complex and interesting. I can't wait to see how it goes when they see each other at the wedding.

I'm glad they're moving toward some sort of resolution without unrealistic expectations.  I was a little bummed when he said he wasn't in love with her though. :-(
