I think I hate Jake more now that I did in the first three chapters, lol. I am glad that Bella stood up for herself and slapped that ass even though it probably hurt her more than him.

Also, how dare Jake bring Abby to the wedding!! I wonder what Charlie has to say in all this.

Loved the Leah/Bella interaction, I am glad that Bella is getting a least one person that supports her. I wonder how the rest of the pack will react when Leah and Jake phase and they 'see' what Bella is going to do.

Love the premise of the story. Taking the other road which didn't work out any better than what she was when Edward originally left.  She is still alone and in pain.  Jacob does have a lot of nerve getting on her case.  It is still his jealousy of the bloodsucking (his term not mine.)  He couldn't handle that she had exotic dreams about Edward while married to him.  But what difference is that from imprinting.  He is obsessed about Abby and Bella is secondary to him.  Divorce is going through rather quickly.  Bella has a right to be happy.  Not that I am saying once she finds the Cullens and Edward that it will be easy to get back together and form a future together.  Edward may have other ideas or it may just flow together quickly.  Who knows Edward always over thinks things.  Has Edward been back to check on Bella is the last 6 years?  Does he know she married Jake?  Or what does he know at this time?  Is he experiencing the same melancholy as described in New Moon?  Or has it been easier to be separated from her?  All factors unknown at this time, but Jake knows he hurt her.  He made promises to her that broke in a instant, but that's okay she can be hurt, unhappy, and alone because he has imprinted on someone else.  So he has his happily ever after once the divorce is final.  So what is Bella to do, try and start over again.  Find just any Joe blow to fill the void in her life that both men she loved created.  I don't think so.  She wants to look for Edward.  Go Bella.  Big surprise was Leah giving her encouragement to find Edward and telling her that is what she would do.   Good for Leah.  Truly enjoying the story and will wait patiently for the sub-sequential  chapters as they are released.

Very good start. I'm looking forward for the next chapters!! Keep going, it woul dbe a shame to stop it now. ;-)

 I have one request of Bella's journey to come, make it one of self discovery as well. Dont make it all about her needing to find edward. I love what you have so far though.. And Jake needs to get off his high horse, he may of loved her but he also knew she didnt love him like that so he can just deal. Good luck

Well, I think that the actions in the erotic dream are quite OK (but what happened to Edward's fears?), while the words not so much. I don't think he would be so free with "fuck". Of course it is a dream, and Bella's experience is based on Jacob lovemaking, pleasant ot less pleasant that it was. But when it happens in reality (don't dare not making it happen, I am reading your story counting on them finding each other again) maybe you should try to imagine something still erotic, but slightly different...

Thanks so much for your support!  Most of your comments can be addressed by saying 'remember it was a dream.'  So of course Edwards fears would be gone (otherwise that would be a really crappy dream right lol) and the language would be more in line with what Bella experienced with Jacob (although we will never know because short of a o/s I don't plan on writing any JXB).  And yes, the reality will be different because reality always is right?

You will also see a change in her dreams as the search goes on.  The dreams will not always be sex and when there is it will be different degrees on intensity.  Because I chose to write this way (in line with the series), I don't have much I can be free with creatively other than my dream sequences.

loved it - slapping Jake and not breaking Bella's wrist was a nice one at least :)

I'm also happy to see Leah sticking with Bella on her decision to find Edward, although a little confused that Bella didn't tell her about the items from the floorboards, not that I saw at least.

Thanks for your support!  I had a really hard time writing that part and making it something the readers would be able to buy considering Bella punched Jake and broke her hand in Eclipse.  I really wanted Bella to let Jake have it though, so I had to put it in somehow.  Thanks for loving it and not picking it apart like I expected the reviews to say :)

I am not sure why I didn't have Bella tell Leah about the gifts to be honest.  I guess I wanted the focus of the conversation to be more on how Leah could relate to Bella and her situation.  Maybe I should have at least mentioned it?

Interesting switch at the end. You definitely pulled me into this sex scene with Edward hook, line and sinker. It was great because I felt like Bella -- disappointed.
