A pretty good start. nothing too interesting happening though, I find if somehtign interesting happens in the first chapter its easier to stay interested, but I'll read more for the benifit of the doubt

Interesting how miscommunication can really screw things up between two people. That and the fact that they don't really know each other. How she reacted was perfectly understandable and he really wouldn't have any idea of just how damaging his innocent remarks would be.

Ah...WOW. Not sure what else to say. Interesting though that neither of them seemed to be concerned about using a condom or Jackson checking to make sure that she was at least on some sort of birth control. Do we put that down to the drinks consumed hum? LOL!! Great stuff!!

Great way to introduce Jackson into the story...just sort of wanders into the bar. Perfectly plausible. Leaves you wondering just what he wrote on the card.
