Edward is a saint!  He's giving up on love so that Bella can be happy!  Can't wait to see what happens.

Edward is a wonderful guy. He understood that what happened was a mistake, at least to Bella, though he saw it as the most amazing thing to happen to him. It takes a lot of self-sacrifice to do that. We'll see if he can keep it up. Thanks for the comment.

Thanks for the comment. We will see what happens with Bella and Mike in the upcoming chapters, but for the moment, she is still trying to work out her issues with Edward.

I can't wait for everything to come out about Mike and Jessica.  I'm looking forward to seeing how you deal with it, how it comes out and what the fallout is of Bella finding out not only about the affair but the drugging.

I feel really bad for these two. Mostly Edward though. I believe I've already pointed out how innocent he is though.

Bella found herself this "wonderful" guy. He has money, connections, looks, (albeit not as good as Edward's) and personality (I assume). Now she's lost. Her subconscience is pushing her towards Edward when logically she should be pushed towards Mike, her fiance who she loves. It's very obvious that she loves Mike but I don't think it's all that she's capable of. It's obvious to the reader that there's something there between her and Edward and it has the potential at being stronger than what she feels for Mike.

Now Mike's just a cheating bastard. I mean we haven't completely discovered it yet but it's fairly obvious that he and Jessica are having an affair. Bella says she doesn't deserve Mike when really it's the other way around. I don't see how he can go through with this marriage when he's been cheating on Bella for God knows how long. Also, if he has the audacity to string Jessica along and tell her that he loves her and that he'll leave Bella, the  he's not worthy of either girls.

This leads us to Jessica. She is so mislead and trusts too easily. If my assumptions are correct and she did indeed drug Edward and Bella then she clearly has deep feelings for Mike. That or she's just a psychotic bitch. Here's Bella her "best friend" about to marry the "love of her life" and Jessica is trying to stop it. Clearly the bitch's got it bad for Mike. She's been lead to believe that he is in love with her and not Bella and she is falling for his bull shit 100%. Either she needs to tell Bella or put her foot down and not let Mike fuck with her anymore.

Last but not least we have Edward. Edward is so broken right now. The women of his dreams just walked into his life only for him to find out that she's engaged to his best friend. How fucked up is that? On top of that, he has to walk in on them making out.... Well Mike eating Bella's face while she tries to force herself to be consumed by the kisses she clearly doesn't prefer over Edward's. That probably just destroyed what little was left of his heart. What has he done to deserve this?!?! NOTHING! Edward. Is. Perfect. Nothing wrong has he done to deserve this. Don't worry Edward, I'm here for you!

Thank you for this lengthy comment. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. It actually made me laugh at some points, you are so passionate about what you have to say. Thank you!!! Keep the comments coming they are food for my writing. Just to let you all know...Chapters 9 and 10 are already finished and I will be starting 11 sometime today. I don't think anyone here would blame Edward. He is the true victim here.

Ok, NONE of this is Edward's fault. Just to make that abundently clear. He had no clue Bella was seeing someone, let alone engaged.

The person really at fault here is Mike. We pretty much know for a fact that he's having an affair with Jessica & that he's stringing Jess along. I mean she practically told Bella what was happening. Now because Jess is "in love" with Mike and he made her think he loves her too, Ness took drastic measures. Hence drugging Edward and Bella so that Bella would cheat. It's an obvious atempt to break ahella and Mike up.

Bella's also at fault. She failed to mention that not only is she seeing someone but also that she is ENGAGED. That's meant to be a life long commitment; marriage. This might have been avoided if she had just told Edward. The a
drugs may have influnced her decisions but she was still partially responsible for her actions.

Basically everyone accept for Edward has problems and is at fault in some part.

Thanks for the lengthy comment. You are completely right, the only person who is not at fault here is Edward. He just happened to fall in love with the right woman, at the wrong time. Bella is guilty of being weak-minded and going against her better judgement and principals. She lied when she does and it landed her in a cauldron of hot water in the end. Point people...tell the truth! As for Mike and Jess...there sins will be revealed in time. Keep reading.

More tears. Whoa, Ed was a little harsh there at the end. Hopefully Bella can make him believe what really happen was that she met the man of her dreams just weeks before she is suppose to marry a man she devoted seven years to.

Yes, Edward was more than a little hostile there, but he had a right to be. He is hurting very much. The woman of his dreams appears and disappears and then re-appears on the arm of his friend...that's a lot to deal with. Thanks for the comment adn the rating.
