Uhhh....I liked the beginning a lot. This sounds really interesting. But, the ending of this chapter is very confusing??? She walks away, and all of a sudden Edward is kissing her? Bella has no reaction but desire for him? Just a few moments before, she thought he was disgusted by the mere sound of her vampric voice, let alone her appearance. I hope at least confusion on Bella's part is coming up in the next chapter. Update soon!

its interesting tho the tear ducts and bella being uncomfortable with wet socks doesnt make any sense, a strange ending for this chapter but i'm really excited to see where you take this as you're starting point is wonderful, good job! :)

Hey Sage, do you think maybe they lost your update submission? Because you said you posted it, like, three weeks ago and still ... no update. I'm reading lots of other stories and they're updating more quickly. Maybe you should check? I really do die a little every day, because I have no idea where the story is going but I CAN'T WAIT TO FIND OUT! :-)

As even SM has noted, there is a difference between being a good writer and being a good storyteller. Based on this beginning, you seem to be both. Kudos. Your detail is delicious and I am hooked after less than 1500 words. I cannot wait for your update, so please do not keep us in suspense! :-)
