Poor Bella-it is taking her so long to come to the realization that a relationship with Jacob is just not in the cards.

Words a woman never wants to hear just before smexing with her man: "I'll be quick"!!

I know Bella has a backbone somewhere.  When she thought about Jacob imprinting and leaving her, I thought about the first guy to leave her-I'm surprised she didn't.

I was not going to say anything else but since you asked, I will tell you. I'm upset in the way you've portrayed Jacob as a clueless boob only interested in getting himself off. Jacob adored Bella and was so tuned into her every need and want that I find it offensive to read about him becoming so self centered when it comes to Bella's most important need and want. Yes, I know most teenaged boys suck in the sack but Jake is hardly a typical teenager. Because of his shape shifting, he has morphed into a twenty something year old man who has mentally experienced the sexual escapades of every member of his pack. I really do not think he would be clueless in this area.

You've done this to be "realistic." Okay, Edward is permanently seventeen, a virgin, and terrified he's going to harm or kill Bella during sex. Any one of these issues would realistically make him lousy lay. But, odds are 100-1 in your story he'll be fabulous and bring Bella to her first orgasm the first time they have sex, right? Personally, I think both Jacob and Edward would be extraordinary lovers because they are both such caring and loving people and they are both so deeply in love with Bella.

I hope I haven't offended you however you really seemed to want to know why I was upset by your chapter. Best of luck to you. I'm sure I'm in the minority and most everyone else will love your story and the direction you are taking it.

Jacob is an immature puppy, I feel bad for Bella.  I hope Edward is back soon and starts looking really good to Bella.

I feel so badly for Bella, but boy can I relate.  I remember that completely horrible feeling, and being confused, hurt and angry.  I certainly hope things turn at least a little in the next chapter.  Thanks for continuing to update.  I'm really enjoying your story, even if I am having flashbacks.  Thank God I don't have to relive that time.

Embry and Mandy Love it, just perfect I love he flipped Jake off. Well now Bella is finally realizing Jake is not the one for her. I love your realistic view of sex, I just love it. Totally perfect, it is about time some one write it real. Don't get me wrong sometimes it is good but 9 times out of 10 it is what you wrote. Love it!

I'm disliking this Jake more and more. I don't care how young he is, he's inconsiderate!  Loving the story though. Definitely keeping my interest.

I'd wondered if Mandie would imprint, but I think I forgot to mention it! Score!  I love that now Bella won't have to hide what she knows and will have a complete confidant!

I like that J is a VERY human teen boy with being a too few pump chump, but like Jake so well in general, that it's hard to see him so oblivious.  Suits the reality of the character and will give Bella the motivation she needs to give him up.  ADORE her realization that it's only a matter of time until J imprints.  Could be soon or when he's 70, but it's likely to happen and then she'll loose him worse than she lost E. 

Beautiful touches with the bottle cap wear, too.

In general a great chapter.  I'm with Bella in hating getting worked up only to have him leave her in the lurch!

I really like where you seem to be taking this!  How will Mandy's new loyalty affect her future relationship with Bella?  Can't wait to see how it turns out!!  Loving the ride!

Yes, Mandy and Embry will bring new developments in the relationships of all involved. I think that my story will deal with situations that haven't yet been explored within the FF community.  Just my .02.   :)

I'm looking forward to seeing how readers will respond to these situations. I try to balance the angst with humor and lightheartedness as well so that it's not all doom and gloom.

Wow, awesome chapter! This is totally what the story needed. I saw the Mandy/imprinting thing coming, but that's good! it's exciting! I feel sorry for Bella...can't wait for the next chapter. :)

I think the imprinting will do 2 things. It will demonstrate to Bella how instantaneous an imprint is, but also brings an interesting dynamic between her and Mandy's relationship.

OK if I had psychic abilities I would foresee one fantastic imprinting chapter in the near future.  I have read in some stories where it happens later in their relationship.  Better late than never, Right?!  OH, and if bella can get some "satisfaction" I am sure she would appreciate that, too. Ha! (I haven't read a story on here that Jacob didn't satisfy, so this is new for me, too!) We all would like the insurance of an imprint, but if that is not a part of the story just go easy on us with the future.

Oh tell me I have psychic abilities, please! Do I, do I, HuH?  Give us some good news soon!  Cant wait!

Wow.

Okay.  I feel sorry for Bella.  Not only is she having sexual dissatisfaction issues (Your Jake is very typical teenage guy, don't get me wrong, but he's kinda clueless. lol) but she has that imprint thing tossed in her face again. (I'm a big Embry fan and I had the feeling that Mandy was going to get with one of the guys!) 

I am still reeling in my "hero" orientation. lol  This is something new for me, so I'm rather amazed that I'm enjoying it. I don't normally like not having a fair idea as to how something will end. lol

Is it because he is young and inexperienced, or id Jacob just a selfish lover?  I'm guessing it will be different if he imprints.  I'm glad Bella is rethinking the Jacon thing.
