Well you can't exactly say that it's always darkest before the dawn, because I think Bella's seen worse. But it does look as though she's grimly resolved and she should just stop hoping. We'll see!

I really love this story. The characters are so much more complex than most that you find. It has taken a long time to un-peel the layers, but the rewards have been great. Even though there is still quite a bit more to be revealed to them as well as to your readers. At least I hope there is....seems like you have plans for them anyway. I can't wait to see more. Thanks for putting your work out as I know it puts your soul on display a little. Something I think far too many people don't value enough as a reader. It is always tough to put it out there and leave it open to critique, but also rewarding when people get it.

So good to see an update at last. Tanya was interesting, will she be around more and hy did she come in the first place? My heart stopped for a moment when Bella considered giving up Edward for real. Good thing he called ;). I like the Bella-painting with the daisy, though I think the one she offered Edward is amore appropriate gift since it includes his memories. Wonder who is snooping around her working-space.
