Great information.  Conspiracy now as well as assult and sexual assult.  It is going to bring in a lot of his family this time.  The sample was not ran because it wasn't contaminated, but would prove to match James's DNA.  Very interesting twist of the plot.  Carlisle is supporting Edward as a son now with his mental breakdown, but what will happen when he finds out that Bella is a victim of James and that due to the horric incident in his office after James's case, that Edward will be providing evidence to the DA to help convict James for his crimes?  Will he be understanding or treat him as his own father does?  Which we all know is terrible, unloving, and unkind.  A virtual cold-hearted, hard-ass man.  I really feel for his wife to stay with such a demented and frozen man.  Glad to see Bella back at work.  I love when they steal hand squeezes at the cafe.  It's so cute and sweet.  Awesome Cynthia gave Edward such a hugh complement of being a brilliant lawyer, even better than Rosalie.  With all the legal expertise involved on DA's side, I don't see how James will be getting away with any more crap. Wonderful about Cynthia's husband what a loving heart.  To give his time to help Bella.  Knowing the entire situation and the fact that Cynthia is crazy about both Bella and Edward.  She keeps Edward in line both at work and personal, but loves him to pieces too.  Love this story.  Excited about seeing James' lose it in court when convicted to show the judge and jury just what a sick puppy he is inside.  Shock the whole district.  Place shame on the whole Cavanaugh clan and their dirty dealings behind the scenes to corrupt evidence, conceil and hide evidence of a case, interferring with a police investigation in Bella's case.  Calling in old college favors for a rotten, evil, twisting, and sick son.  Looks like James's sister isn't any better than her brother.  Want to find them all doing long time in prison being bitch slapped every day.  Or a someone told me, James should be placed in an all wood structure, naked, with member nailed to wall, the structure placed on fire, only solution to getting out alive is to use the axe and chop the member off.  Sounds good to me now and first time I heard it. Isolation with only bread and water and forget the bread isn't quite as good, but it's a thought that might cross a victim's mind.  Keep up the excellent work and the realist portrayal.
