Excellent chapter again! I'm pretty sure he won't get disbarred, both Carlisle and Rosalie made some very astute points and the board seemed disposed to be lenient. Connor Cavanaugh will be pissed allright, he was hoping to get his revenge. And what evil plans is he plotting for Bella?

I'm finally caught up! Yay!
I loved the speaches given by both Carlisle and Rose, they were really moving.
And that was kind of an evil cliffhanger. I have a feeling he won't be disbarred, but who knows what that mind of yours has in store for us.
I'm so sorry I couldn't make it to Nashville to see you this weekend. With the snow and ice, I was stuck in my house for 4 days going crazy with cabin fever, but I hope you had fun!
I'm looking forward to the next update!

Author's Response: We missed you in at TwiCon Nashville. Charmie, bbybtlr, and I braved the ice and snow. Then again we all got there before the snow started and didn't leave the hotel until Sunday afternoon.

OMG!!! Please continue!!! I'm truly enjoying this story. I'm very happy I gave it an opportunity finally. I love our main favorites and I love the dynamic between Cynthia and Edward. His internal dialogue really cracks me up. Cynthia may be his best friend insread of Em and then the next minute he wantskill her embarrassing him in front of Bella...too funny his thought pattern...I've laughed and I've cried for this story is not for faint at heart (fair warning in your description which is why I stayed way until this past weekend). I love Alice's devotion and love for Bella..i really enjoyed comment about being sisters right Charlie and his response about his girls. I can't wait for updates, I'm happy and sad at the same time that I'm caught to realtime in the story now. By the way, Edward drinking and almost dieing episode along with Bella's collapse did enduce a great deal of sadness, possibly some tears_ but only due to the fact it was beautifully written.

no, i really don't think he did. edward is way too prepared for that possibiity, but who knows? well you obviously. i'm really scared about what the story holds for bella and even jessica at the cafe. can't wait for the next chapter!

I think they'll suspend his licence for a year. Considering both his former boss and former opposition both spoke to his defense, and given the unique circumstances, I'd wager they'll be a bit more forgiving.

Ooo. I think he got disbarred... I think Cavanaugh said something to Mr. Simm to make him change his recommendation. I hope that Edward wasn't disbarred but I don't see it happening any other way.
