Holly, that was absolutely beautiful.  My heart aches a little for Jake.  He's been such a good guy.  I'm glad that B&E are on the same page with things.

Thank you! I know, and the heart break for Jake isn't quite over yet. But in the long run, he's going to turn out okay. And yes, you are wondering correctly, it's never mentioned but it's safe to assume that Edward has talked to Tanya. I actually just wrote that chapter where it comes out.

Oh, you thought I was going to give Bella a hard time about having sex with Edward? lol Do you know me at ALL? I'm all for that baby!

I am disappointed that Bella is probably going to wait until Jacob is getting ready to leave before she officially breaks things off with him. That's pretty cowardly, and it totally sucks for Jacob. He is going to spend the next few days thinking Bella is only using Edward as a security blanket, and that things will get back to normal as soon as he and Bella return back to New Orleans. But at least Bella isn't holding his hand and letting him kiss her and things like that. At least she isn't getting all snuggly with him, especially in front of Edward and his family. That would piss me off.

I just hope that when Tanya shows up... Bella and the rest of the Cullens (if they are around) show her the same kindness and courtesy that they showed Jacob. And I hope Bella shows Edward's the same patience that he displayed while waiting for Bella to break things off with Jacob.

I am reading a story right now where Bella and Edward are together... and Edward has to put up with Jacob hanging around for weeks. Everyone knows Jacob wants Bella... yet all of the friends invite him to hang out with all of them. Bella and Jacob hang out alone and dance and stuff... and Bella gets mad when Edward asks her to not put herself in situations alone with Jacob. And then the very second Tanya shows up... Bella and the rest of the friends come up with this huge plot to keep her away from Edward. It was so annoying because Edward had to put up with Jacob for weeks, and all of the friends were nice to him... and then Bella only had to put up with Tanya for like 2 days.

Anyways... over all... I was pretty happy with Bella handled herself this chapter ;) Hopefully she wont screw it up!

Yes ma'am!! I totally thought you'd give Bella a hard time! lol I'm going to clear up a few things that you mentioned. Bella's talk with Jacob is coming up right after the funeral it's also then that she decides what to do with her life. Does she move back to Forks, ask Edward to come back to NOLA with her or does she tell Edward she's off to New York with him? End of Chapter 15 will reveal all. Tanya won't be showing up in Forks. I've actually just written the chapter were Bella comes face to face with Tanya for the first time and honestly, it's not pretty. But in Bella's defense, Tanya isn't exactly an upstanding kind of person like Jacob is. In Jacob's head he kind of knows that he's lost Bella, but Chapter 15 (again) will give you all those answers. In my opinion, it would be just wrong to be all lovey dovey with Jacob in front of Edward. I mean, talk about awkward! But Edward is playing his own little game. Again, that will be revealed in a later chapter. Don't you love how I mention things but I'm still so cryptic about it? lol I don't think you're going to be disappointed in Bella.

Beautiful chapter!  Jake's response to seeing Rose and Bella's confession regarding her fashion sytle were great.  So happy that those two finally got a little action.  :)

That chapter was great! I'm so happy for her & Edward! Their time together was perfect and who cares about the Jacob situation. She knows who she wants and that's all that matters. Jacob's not stupid, he knows its over. Keep up the good work!

Loved it! This chapter helped me not do school work. I have a 3-5 page paper due (dealing with the Iraq War) tomorrow over a book I haven't read and you know... instead I read this. Thanks for the distraction! It was a good one.
