I think that he is going to propose in the next 2 chapters because he isn't going to wait that much longer now that he has Bella in his life. As for the whole Tanya thing I really can't wait for her to show up at Edward's and see Bella there that is going to be fun. And as for your new story I think that whatever you choose is good.
