Interesting to see Bella's relationship develop with Jason.
Jacob is kinda mean. If he's trying to get into Bella's pants he's going about it all wrong.
And Lauren is clearly experienced, especially with that finger lubricating move she pulled.
Author's Response: Jacob is just immature. He's kind of jealous. Lauren totally a dirty dirty h00r but a lovable one. Thanks for the review this story gets odd at some points but I tried to keep it as realistic as possible.

Oh God I really hope Jeff isn't yanking Lauren's chain cause she really needs some peace with this! And I can't wait to see how Bella fairs with her beau. What a rocking party. Never did Greek in college so this whole world is a little bizarre to me. Never heard of a highlighter party either, but I guess there's a first time for everything! :) Great chapter - super long and totally awesome!

Wonderful chapter. The message from Alice was intriguing (can't wait to see where this goes, and am curious to know if Edward comes back or not...) My favorite part was how authentically you illustrated Bella's obsessive tendencies, specifically with checking her email constantly for 17 days straight (I mean, who doesn't do that in such a situation, if they're being honest).
Jeff's confession at the end gave me a glimmer of hope for Lauren, even though it may be misplaced!

Really, this story is so great. Just the right amount of information in each chapter and suspense for the next one! Can't wait for Halloween and why in the world hasn't Bella told Lauren she's a virgin yet? This is going to be a problem in future chapters. Oh, I'm having an Alice-moment. I bet her new gyn is going to prescribe birth control to deal with the cramps. (happened to me at 15...) That could be a potential issue as well.

Your end note about writing is hilarious. I think its amazing that I read as much FF as I do but I'm still on p.14 of the novel I'm supposed to have read by this evening. On that, I'll get the next chapter after I finish with one or two of my homework. Damnit.

Ooh, looking forward to the next chapter. It's a dangerous think looking at guys as the answer to internal angst. That said, there's nothing wrong with having a little fun to help the process along. Just so long as Bella figures out, it's not a permanent fix.
