Oh jeez, I don't know how I feel about this Bella. Seriously, one minute I like her then the next I want to yell at her and tell her to buck up. lol She's all over the place. Yes, Bella is all over the place emotionally. She's got a lot to sort through. At least we didn't have an entire chapter of her laying in the bed crying and wretching. Right? Don't hate her yet. It's only been two days since the whole Newton thing happened. She's working through it the best way she knows how.

Bella will get better. Eventually. I have all sorts of ideas bouncing around in my head, and the downfall to that is that I know where I'm going but the path getting there is completely up in the air. I kind of like it that way.

If Bella is suffering so much, why doesn't she talk to him??? What is the difference, hurt and know something or hurt and know nothing?? I am glad that she isn't sulking but doing everything before she talks to Edward is a mistake. Edward's in jail??? What in the heck happened???? Enjoyed it. Can't wait for the next chapter. :)

Oh no!!!! What did he do? I can't believe this! I'm glad Bella is making the move to start a new life for her and the baby but I hope that she will let Edward be there too. I know it might take some time but hopefully it will be sooner rather than later that Bella realizes Edward is trying. Thanks for the update.

I really hate Bella right now...she is being selfish......Yes it is wrong that Edward lied but didn't he need why she is acting like this? she could have just told him that she need time instead of 'leave me alone'. Ugh! I want to shake her until she regain her senses. She is not better than Rebecca cause she is hurting the one's she love. He deserve better.

I'm really losing my patience with Bella right now. Ok, the man lied in not telling her right away he knew the man was his lawyer. But seriously, she is WAY overreacting to this. She is being completely immature and irrational. I completely understand her hesitance now when it comes to Edward and his instinct to hide something from her, but I never would have taken it this far.
And I would have thought that Rose being as opinionated as she is would have tried more to open Bella's eyes to her behavior. It was a mistake, for God's sake, Bella. I think one day of tantrums was suffice. Forgive him as he learns through this experience to never do it again.
So damn frustrating.
(But still amazing, Darlin'! Don't mean to flame YOU, just Bella.)

I initially thought, Daddy Dollar would all blow up by himself, for example by offering Bella a lot of money and insulting her while doing so. But it seems, he has the ones who cover the dirty stuff for him. Should have known. With all the money and stuff... I love the story so far, biting my nails for an update.

I can't begin to say how much I've enjoyed reading this story so far. It's been a really nice change, seeing this relationship as it develops. The characters are at once familiar and new with their own personality quirks, making them fit well into your AU.
One of the things I've enjoyed most about it so far is Edward getting to participate in the pregnancy right from the start - not something that I've seen much of so far in my AU readings. Seeing changes and such is a huge part of the situation, imo, and I like it as a plot device on occassion when something happens to separate them for the majority of it....it's just seems like that's all I'm seeing lately in baby fics.
Protective/paternal Edward is great. I found myself dwelling on your story all night at work, hoping that something "good" will happen and he won't miss it before they get back together (they are, right? :)) I mean, they can barely remember their wedding and, while he's not perfect (neither is), does he really deserve to miss out and have another regret to add to the list for what amounts to a moment of human weakness?
Sure, Bella's justified in being pissed at him for lying, it just seems like she took a really extreme turn against Edward.
This is a fantastic story and I'm really looking forward to seeing what you do next. :)

So I stumbled upon this story yesterday afternoon and stayed up until 3am finishing it! I love this story for so many reasons, but Bella is kinda killing me right now! Edward made a half-assed attempt to tell Bella but should've got there a little quicker. Carlisle is a shady bastard and Edward needs to fix this like yesterday! Dying for an update cuz I have a feeling Mr. Newton is in for it. I can't help but think what Carlisle's involvement in this will do to Esme...

Author's Response: I've quickly learned you can't please everyone, but I still hate when someone is reviewing as they go and they are loving something that I already know has changed. I just hate for them to feel that disappointment.
The teaser isn't up yet, but it's still lots o fun over there. Lots of discussion, plots to kill Newton, Carlisle, Edward, Bella.... It changes with each twist.

I am hooked on your story...I was sitting all day yesterday trying to finish reading this until today when I finally got to finish the last chapter......it's amazing. Carlisle is up to this I just know it....hoping Edward will fix this soon. Please update soon whenever I find a good story....it seems like it takes forever to get an update.
