I love your writing style! I have read almost everything you've done, and your stories make me laugh, cry, and everything in between. This chapter was just plain SAD! Nowhere to go but up?

Very enjoyable. It's amazing how the human mind works. Especially when it is trying to protect itself or hide from itself from the truth. Bella's mind taking the facts and mixing them while sleeping to mix up certain facts and live an entirely different life over the life of the story until she awakens into reality. Adored the love story of Edward and Bella as it grew between them. All the pain and sorrow that Bella and Charlie had to bear in their lives with the loss of Renee. Bella with the loss of her closest friends through her own behaviors during her grieving period. Personally I thought it was awfully severe on both Alice and Rosalie's part to not forgive her for those actions. Understanding came later upon her awakening that he mind distorted those facts to arrive at her reaching out more towards Jake. The depth of the love of Edward was amazing and beautiful. Especially right after the accident when he thought of Bella's wishes about being on machines. Even knowing he was going to lose her telling his dad to take her off because against her wishes only to be told she was pregnant.Total shock for Edward didn't have a clue. The ultimate joy of both Edward and Charlie to have Bella back when she did wake up after having her gone for over 5 months. Loved Charlie's POV even though I cried so hard it was difficult to read it. The phone call from Jake, he was just hanging on long enough to give Charlie the information needed. Just enough left to dial 911 before he was gone. So sad. Both fathers knew the weather was the cause of the accident not really either of them at fault. It was miracle any of them survived it. If it hadn't been for Jake making those calls none of them would have survived. All four of them would have died on that road. Instead Jake saved them. So giving the baby Jake's name as a middle name was fitting to remember a friend, as well as the man who save them too. Bella making that trip to Port Angeles so quick after both the accident and the birth of her son was quite a feat. I remember trying to go back to work at 6 weeks after my daughter was born. Even leaving her with my mom for care, I cried all the way to work. My sister wanted me to see a movie with my husband and offered to watch her for us to have an evening out. The movie was too long, we couldn't wait to get back and take her home. My sister expected us to see a movie, go to dinner, make an evening of it. Granted she never had children of her own, no couldn't wait to pick her up and go home, she was only a couple months old. So when Jasper said you can call every hour if you want to check on him, I understood because that's how it feels when they are so young and small. But having that alone time with spouse is so important especially in Edward and Bella's case with Bella being in a coma for over 5 months and then being in hospital for additional couple weeks for physical therapy to start walking again. Then back in for emergency C section with placenta detachment another couple weeks. Bella must really be sick of hospitals now being in them over the last 6 months and all her prior time growing up. Did enjoy Edward's embarrassment in front of his father when Bella asked about restarting their sex life. Could just imagine his discomfort of it being his dad, his boss, and Bella's doctor all rolled up in one.

WOW did I misread the signs. I never saw that one coming. Of course, I was never a fan of "Dallas", so this would never be a storyline that my brain went to as a possible explaination. Still really confused though so I'm hoping it'll get explained a little more :/
Good job on the writing though. I'm very intrigued. May have to go back and re-read to see if I can figure it out.

So random guess time. Is Edward the driver of the car that killed Jake? And the girl in the hospital was his wife/fiancee/girlfriend/date that was in the car too?? I guess we shall see...

Something's going on with Edward and I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the person in the hospital on the ventillator that Bella keeps seeing when she walks by. Just my theory so I guess I'll see once we get to that part ;)

Another amazing story. I kind of figured out that she was in a coma after about five chapters. I started to realize the things people were saying could easily have been things people would say to a coma patient and the requests for her to "please wake up" were a good hint as well. Although a couple of times I still questioned myself as to whether or not I was right about the coma. You have done an wonderful job writing her coma world so that you keep wondering, "is it real or a dream?". I really admire anyone who can write, and you write so well. Keep those stories coming. They make my day.
All the best.

this story is so good, even the total switch as Bella recovered--realizing that everything was in her unconscience state and she was the one in the room, behind the curtain-----that was such a surprise, you are a great one for coming up with the mystery, I kept trying to figure who it was I'm really enjoying, please continue.

Hmmm, why is everyone commenting on how much Edward has missed Bella? I'm very curious ... I think there's more to the story than what meets the eye! And who's behind the curtain when Bella goes in for her check ups? Guess I'll find out! :) Great read so far!

I read Making Memories of Us a while back and really enjoyed it, even though it was the saddest thing I've ever read! I decided to see what else you've written, and here I am! So far, so good!

What a great story, I read it all in one day. I loved how the story developed and couldnt wait to get to the next chapter to solve some of the unanswered questions. It was an emotional roller coaster for them all.
I loved the epilogue, after everything they had been through they deserved the happiness they got. They belong together no matter what and this story just strenghens that fact.
Cant wait to read your other stories x

I decided to check out some finished work by my fave authors while waitng for updates & have been reading this one for the past day & a half.
My only gripe is the whole Bella & baby staying in the hospital for 2 weeks. My 2nd child was born at 26 weeks (1lb 13 oz) & had to stay for 13 1/2 weeks. I was sent home after the 3rd day. If Bella was well, she would've been sent home after a few days as well.
anyway, it's been an emotional ride but enjoyable.
Author's Response: AW! I'm a favourite author?! You're so awesome!
I am so thrilled you loved this story. It's kind of my baby. This is where I adopted the nickname "princess plot twist" by my BFF.
This story had gone under a few little edits since I posted it here in an attempt to touch it up and make it as perfect as possible. A lot of people mentioned that Bella would have been released...and I have changed it a bit. Also, EJ was only born five weeks premature, which is why he was allwed to leave after a shorter period of time. Some preemies are released at a certain weight if their health checks out, and some are released upon reaching that "40 weeks" gestational age...again, as long as health checks out (or, maybe that's just canada?).
Again, I am so glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for reading and reviewing! Also, for the 5 Stars!

Loved this!! When I finished reading A Second Chance, I looked through your other stories and picked this to read. I love this, you kept me guessing through out the entire story. The love that these two have for eachother is epic. I read this all the way through....much to my children's dismay. At least it is summer and none of us have school. Thank you for writing wonderful stories. I will be looking at your others.
Author's Response: OMG! I am so happy you liked this story! I had a lot of fun plotting it and writing it and am so thrilled it was so well received!
Thanks for reading and reviewing! I hope you enjoy my other work as well!
