Excellent chapter. Nice to see Edward angry instead of just wallowing. I never got my SM did not have them be angry at each other and discuss what they were doing to each other. I thank you for skipping over the "puppies" conversation. It was so not necessary in BD.

The way you portray Rosalie is much more the way I thought she'd be - crazy obsessed. SM seemed to allude to this but never made it clear whether or not Rosalie was helping Bella for Bella or her.

Most stories that are lemony just do the honeymoon or just do after Renesmee or skip Renesmee altogether. It's nice to have one deal with everything and shows that life is not always unicorns and sunshine :) This will also help make their lovin' that much more meaningful once Bella gets through the change.

Thank you very much. That really meant a lot. That is exactly why I'm trying to not shy away from things that others rather ignore or edit out. I liked the book overall, I just think it needed... more. I actually liked that they had a child. I thought her character was interesting. But I didn't like so much focus on Jacob and NONE on Edward. I understood, plotwise, why she had us see Bella thru JPOV. For a bit. But for a whole section? No. Not without EPOV. It felt wrong. I have reread a lot of these scenes getting ready for writing this chapter, and I keep feeling such sadness for Edward.

As for Rosalie, I go back and forth with her. I think that she has her moments, there are times when she truly is caring for Bella. But simply because of what Bella is trying to do. I don't think she wishes her harm or anything, but priority number one is that baby. However, she is very important here, no matter how mad Edward is with her, because she does keep the baby safe. She was the one person Bella could turn to because she knew that Rosalie would fight to the death for it.

ok, so first off I need to admit that I missed the smut... this was not exactly the chapter i anticipated when I got the update notice (which had me shivering with anticipation, I've missed you!)... but it was definitly necessary and I agree, Edward needs to get through this.  Even if it takes a few more chapters to work out the angsty crap before the steamy vamp on vamp lov'n, I will be along for the ride.

Thank you so much. That is exactly what I was hoping to hear. I miss the smut, too! But even poor Pervward can't keep from getting excited at the wrong times. The next chapter pretty well wraps this drama up, and at the end I even got a little teary writing it. But... through all the angsty sadness, I couldn't keep a tiny little smut bubble from sneaking in. ;) It should be up much sooner than this chapter was.

Poor angsty-Edward.  It's not smut-tastic, but it was beautifully written.  I really think you captured his feelings through this difficult time in their lives.  Can't wait for more!!

I loved reading Edward's point of view.  I've always wondered how Edward got from the point he was at when he got off the plane to the "burning man" he was when Jacob found him on the couch beside Bella and I love how you've written it.

that was very angsty, but i LOVED it. I always wanted to know what Edward was thinking in those moments. It makes me so mad that they kept him away from her. grrr.

Wow..... now that was "Sex on the Beach".... very primal and very hot.  And I finally got to the part I've been waiting for.... the oral :) 

I love that Bella's dream mirrored what happened on the beach.  That was perfect :)

The next chapter should update any day now. Psymom has been jetsetting for ComiCon & such, so I don't think she's had a chance to get many validations done yet. But hopefully soon!

That was certainly a HOT wedding night.  Much better than the "fade to black" from the book.  I'm really looking forward to when they can do it again when the blood won't be an issue.

And I'm hoping that he figures out how to perform oral on her without hurting her..... That's one thing I'm really looking foward to reading :)
