i cannot tell you how much i appreciate your honing on edward's pov. it is perfect in how you described his character in the story's summary. it always makes me laugh when people describe their edward as being dickward but they still have him act out in an gentleman's manner through out their stories. i love your consistency and your version of edward. oh and your bella is a bamf. love them both!

I can't begin to explain how much I love you :). I just suck at summaries, and I gave Edward the most basic description I could think of. But yes, he's been true to form. Thanks for liking them! 

I was really happy to see an update but I had to go back and re-read the last chap. to know what the hell was even going on. Are these going to be more on a schedule from now on? I would like to pimp out your story so others could see if they might like it and read it. But the readers don't like having to back thru chaps. and wait so long. I'm sorry to be so blunt but it's true. Today's chap. shows it's headed down the exact same road as Twilight. And when something is so predictable as this, you know what's going to happen-then Edward will leave-Bella takes up with Jacob etc. I hardly even give those stories a second glance anymore because there's nothing to look forward to. I really liked your whole concept before or I wouldn't tell you all this. At least save the poor girl's lingerie for Edward's and Bella's sake!!!!

Haha. I appreciate the honesty-really I do. There are several reasons behind the updates taking so long, the least of which being that I'm a full time student, and work at least 30 hours a week. The major reasoning behind them taking so long is this: if I bang out chapters and I'm not feeling it, it'll come out as crap. I also revise things several times over, trying to make sure it's up to whatever standards I've set for myself in the time that I wrote it. Writing is a process-I know people hate waiting for updates, because some of my very favorite stories haven't seen updates in MONTHS. I understand the longing for something new to be put out immediately. There's already a hunger when it comes to twifiction-I know because that craving consumes me as well. I'm trying to make what I'm writing worth reading, which, in turn, makes it take a little longer sometimes. And sometimes, I just can't write. Nothing comes. Or something else comes. It never just happens for me; it's a process.

As for your concerns over it following the original Twilight-fear not. Spoiler alert:

 

yes, Jacob will show up eventually. Edward wont be leaving-not physically at least. He's been mentally checking in and out for the entire story so far, though, which is highly indicative of what he'll be doing later down the road. There are some scandalous things coming for the golden couple, and Jacob will play a minor part in this, sure. He's an easily usable tool (pun might be intended) that most ff author's just cannot pass up. 

 

Now that I've rambled on for too long... I appreciate your concerns, and your bluntness. I love that you want to pimp the story out-that makes my heart all happy and giggly. I'm going to try to update more often, but between writing (multiple stories at this point; just too many ideas in my head), school, work and trying to spend time doing things outside of addictivly reading twific (because I seriously think I have a problem at this point, haha)... it's hard sometimes. It's a balance I haven't mastered yet. I love twific, though, and I'm really going to try harder-scout's honor.

I know she's got a plan working but then it's that time of the month for Bella too isn't it?  At least she wasn't a grouch today.  Poor Edward.

Hehe, I like the fact that he is so captivated by her that he can't help but be an ass to her. and yet she feels the same way about him and actually tries to get his attention. Cute chapter, I like it! Can't wait for more!
