loved it!! I am so glad that Edward controlled his anger and was able to see how much his behaviour affects Carlisle. Loved how you ended it with bella and edward looking at eachother and his saying "hey" to her.

What a great character Brian is. He's going to be perfect for Edward. Just wondering if Jasper is responsible for getting rid of Alice for the day so Edward can make some contact with Bella?

"something...Edwardian." That cracked me up - but it was so true!! I was so proud of Edward when Carlisle squeezed his shoulder....he just grew up a bit in that moment. I hope Carlisle told Esme about it when he got home!! She's been such an advocate for Crankyward...she deserves to hear about his success. And he must have a MAD crush on Bella to offer to work on her car....aah, young love. :) Hooray!
I had a bad feeling that Rosalie was gonna try to kick Bella's butt or something, as Alice was off spa-ing...glad there was no drama!

Truly, I like this story. It's complicated without be obtuse and there seems to be such care and forethought into the actions of the characters.

I love this story. I work in an alternative high school with lots of "Edwards" (this version of him anyway). Your story is so spot on- these kids get lost in the system becasue they are "too much trouble" and have a lifetime of disappointment and abandonment. So many of my kids are basic readers, adopted, angry etc, and honetly, wouldn't trade them for the world. Spot on with your story. But I know there is a happy ending in there and it makes me smile=)
