I really like the interaction going on between Edward and Bella. You can feel the chemistry. The way Edward treats her is similar to how young boys treats a girl he likes. Except I think Edward is denial or he just hasn't realized it yet. Same goes for Bella. And I highly doubt that Jessica's "genius" plan will work. It's more likely to backfire on Rosalie.

I have just caught up with this story and I can't wait for the next chapter. It will be interesting to see, what you have planned out for those characters.

Can I just say how absolutely elated I am at this new update?!?!  I just read the last chapter yesterday on FF, and saw a new update today on Twilighted, and I thought it was the same chapter (but I was going to read it again anyway).  I'm so glad I did - imagine my suprise to see another update!  I absolutely love the progression of their "friendship"!  You are doing a wonderful job with this story!  I like the take on Edward's literacy - lol it reminds me of being back in literary classes when I was still in school.  Edward has all the attributes of a hero, but every hero has that one flaw (luckily in this case - it won't be a tragic flaw!).  Your characterizations are so refreshing!  You still have the same essential traits in each character - but your interpretation is an interesting twist (especially your interpretation of the Queen Bee version of Rosalie).  :)

I enjoyed especially the part where Edward mentioned to Bella that he would be getting a car (for passing English.) I thought it was very telling. After all, Edward wouldn't have bothered mentioning it just to brag unless he had a specific need to impress her.

Maybe its just me, but as much as I'm looking forward to their first kiss, it seems like having it be quid pro quo and on the same basis as studying might screw something up down the line.

Poor Bella, she's basically in Edward's clutches now. She may not be able to get out, but I hope she makes it difficult for him.

ok ok Im reviewing ! So Mike is a "bigshot" in school? hmmm ... and Edward "cant" read ... ok ... so the stoy is starting to revolve more around E&B (which i am happy about) so i wonder what is going to happen ... why does he hate Esme and Carlsile so much? I guess it's the whole teenage rebellion especially when he is adopted. I think it's so cute that he likes her but is trying to deny it ... and Rosalie ... lol she is quite a character ... Alice is Alice and I love her for it ! I like where this chapter is leading ... I think the part with Newton maybe should have been a little longer .... we dont know why he is talking to Bella and it kind of seemed weird ... lol I dontknow how to explain ... just out of place ... but maybe that was the whole point. it was supposed to be random ! hopefully the next chapter clears it up ... update soon :)
