I can not tell you enough what a good writer you are!! Each scene is so detailed, but at the same time, it seems like the words are so very carefully chosen to emphasize certain points. I.e.: Alice's observation of Bella, Bella's reaction to Rosalie being a shudder (I almost shuddered at that!), Jasper's conundrum between best friend and girlfriend, Jasper putting two and two together, AND ESPECIALLY - Edward and Bella's interaction over the cigarette. You do a very good job with not only telling Bella and Edward's story (which is obviously the priority), but you keep the other characters from being flat/background characters because you carefully include their POVs. In this story, the other characters do not just have their own random story line, but they their POV's are integrated in very well and in turn, they really augment this story line. I absolutely love this story! (I don't think I can state it enough)

Holy cow that chapter rocked. I loved the Edward purposefully ran into Bella. You can see that he's starting to fall and fall hard. Rosalie is going to beat Bella's ass in, I can just totally feel it coming. Maybe only emotionally, but still. A gah!! That cigarette thing was so perfectly done. so hot! Loving it. Can't wait for the next chapter, dear.

Gah! I'm particularly fond of this story for a number of reasons. Edward actualy did the "make myself available" thing by showing up at the store. Cute. Too too cute. It's fascinating how aware everyone else seems to be of their feelings all of a sudden. Plus, the characters are so much more tangible than your average fanfic. They actually resemble actual teens with all of their crap hormonal baggage and tunnel vision. Can't wait for more!!

I just found this story to today, and I was immediately hooked. Edward and Bella's interactions are really well done, and I like how they are slowly, but steadily becoming closer. I was spoiled by having eleven chapters to read all at once, and now I'm a bit desperate for more!
Author's Response: Don't you hate it when that happens? I'm hesitant to promise to put chapter 12 up TONIGHT, but I'm working on it. Today or tomorrow, for sure.

Best chapter yet! I had gone through and reread the previous chapters before reading this one and everything seemed to flow better the second time. Edward trying to find ways to be around Bella without being obvious is cute :) I hope Bella talking to Esme about the test doesn't backfire on her, but I can't see how Edward would be really against it since he wanted to cheat in the first place.
Looking forward to the next one. :)
