If he is hurting now, I can't even imagine how he will hurt when he finds out. The amount of guilt will blow him away. Poor Edward.

No worries.  I get it all the time and I answer the same way.  The chapter length is on purpose and part of what makes the story have emotional impact.  I try to update often to offset it.

again, is it just me or are your chapters really short? It usually takes me all day if not 2 days to finish stories..but I have only been reading yours for a few hours off and on. I love it though, don't get me wrong. I just want MORE  hehe

It's just part of the style of the story.  The story is an experiment for me - to write a non-narrative story based soley on emotions and only long enough for you to see inside the character's head.  You, as the reader, fill in the plot of the story.  But the chapters are short because of the emotional impact and because you're only meant to get enough to know what's going on in their head.

Honestly, it's a function of how my version of word translates into Twilighted's system.  It doesn't look like that when it's submitted!  On the plus side, it works really nice on iPods and Blackberry's!

I liked Esme's POV but Rosalie's POV was my favorite. She tells the story in a interesting was.

The whispers of Edward's made me cry.

She believes in happy endings.

OMG.  I feel so bad for them all.  Esme just broke my heart.  I felt so bad for her and just wanted to comfort her, as she is such a kind and gentle person.  Rose was interesting to hear from.  I loved how you showed how the events where stiring up her memories, showing that the cold exterior is a front and she just hides her true feelings and fear.  But that she couldn't hide it from Esme.  I waiting for the next chapter.

Author's Response: Rose simply imploded where her brother exploded. She still is very sensitive snd broken but she hides it from everyone but Esme (and, presumably) Emmett. Thanks so much for reviewing!
