Jasper is right BUT he's got to realize Daddyward went in there with a shred of hope and it was shattered and he's dealing with the shock.  Jasper's "pep talk" made a lot of sense and I hope Edward listens to him.  He just needs a few minutes to calm down and get "his head" about him.

Love potty mouth Jasper! He does have a way with words. Not sure how I felt about Edwards break down. I've always seen him so confident and arrogant...it's strange to see him so stripped down and unsure of himself. Dare I say he's...human? I really love this story and it drives me insane to have to wait a week for new postings! I have a crop of new gray hair with "Not Like This" name on it! LOL

I think they very much do, but I think their focus, right now, is on keeping Edward in the game.  Not telling him how to atone because they think he is the only one to make a mistake; rather pushing him to help him make this right because it doesn't matter how many of the other Cullens straighten it out between themselves, Bella, Charlie... It only really matters, right now, that Bella and Edward sort things.  The focus is on them.

Geez, Jasper talks like TPT. I can't see it but the story line is pretty good. I was waiting for Edward to get flattened by a car and Bella wouldn't have to worry about it. Really, I love the storyline but the potty mouth was definitely over the top for me. Sorry. *shrugs* Still love the story tho!

Alas, he wasn't really given a voice in the movies or the books, so I gave him one that was intuitive, but crass.  It was just an artistic choice.

Ha ha ha--I do love Jasper and his potty mouth..."douche nozzle", "jerk weed", "pussyward".  LMAO

 Ellie--I love how this chapter is called "Fight" and Edward has to choose between his FIGHT or FLIGHT reactions...we all know were FLIGHT got him last time!  And, thank god, he didn't show that part to Bella--he just showed her strength.  I think if she saw him run out of there, she would have assumed the worst--that he left her again.  Instead of that he needed to run because he was so scared. 

Thanks for having Emmett straighten it out too.  Lots of hope here...for the future, eventually.
