I am seriously hating these flashback BUT loving the way you write...No worries, I seriously do understand the need to go back to the beginning. I'm just more eager for the present because I want more Bella and Edward. That, and I'm really eager to meet Emmett. I want to see what you do with him :) I haven't read a story where he's Bella's twin until now :)
Author's Response: Thanks! Only one more flashback and then it's all in the present. And we find out more about what's going on with Emmett next chapter.

I liked it better in twilight when Rose seeks her revenge herself but it's very likely ,when Edward and her had been interested in each other he would have helped her ! It's just that I always thought of her to be very independent but that's maybe just my opinion ! Nonetheless it was well wirtten and I look forward to the next chapter!

Author's Response: Thanks! My thinking is that Rose would have done it herself eventually anyway if Edward hadn't helped her, but in this version he's being so attentive to her that she just turns to him first.

Guilt is no reason to have a relationship. Leave it to a 17 year old boy to think that's a good foundation. Of course, I know many adults that have relationships built on the same thing, sad, sad thing (as I mentaly *slap* myself for doing the same thing myself).
Now I need some Emmet for Rosalee and some Bella Edward action. Update soon! Even a glimmer of goodies to come would be lovely!

Aw, i Have to admit - although I'm not the biggest fan of teh Rosalie/Edward relationship, that was cute - and the reasoning behind it is obvious.
HOWEVER i'm hoping that teh Bella/Edward relationship gets a bit more intense soon lol

Wow, that just sucks for poor Edward. I can't see how ANYONE can stand Rosalie. And really the thought of those two together make me wanna hurl. Eck! If I were him I woulda been pissed as hell at my father for assuming anything and expecting him to just take Rose as his. And I got the impression that he took her outta guilt. NICE! *rolls eyes* Can you imagine living in hell with Rosalie for 70yrs only to find your soulmate and you can't pursue her cause your married to the devil herself? Hehe. Fucker! Poor Edward ! What he and Rosalie have is certainly everything but love ! I understand his feeling of commitment to her. His obligation but where's the sense in it? He's unhappy ,Rose is unhappy and Bella will be unhappy!
But he will fall in love with Bella willingly or not an when Rose finds out about that.....
I'm looking forward to the next chapter!

What I find most interesting is that if it weren't for Edward's name, I'd think it was Emmett with Rosalie. He is as controlled by Rosalie as Emmett is in canon (if you choose to see it as control). Edward is not Edward when he's with Rosalie. Buying her jewelry to placate her? That is a totally Emmett thing to do. Edward's true character and self only surfaces when he is with Bella. THAT is what I find most exciting. The possibilities are endless here. But I do have to admit that my jealousy spikes up into dangerous levels when he's with Rosalie. I seriously don't like it...having a lot of trouble stomaching it at all. But, for the sake of what's to come, I swallow my fury and pray for B&E rapture ahead. I pray.

Great chapter, definitely left me wanting more, although I really don't enjoy hearing about Edward/Rosalies bedroom activities. Thats going to be hard for Bella to take in if/when her and Edward get together. Looking forward to more chapters!!!

This a little weird to me since it's Edward and Rosalie. It has been a possibility though since Carlisle changed Rosalie so that she might become his mate. Emmett should enter the story soon. Then there would be a love square. ;-)

Well, at least we know where Rosalie stands when it comes to Edward having a life ANYWHERE outside of her own :P lol. You've captured her perfectly ;) lol.
I liked the way Bella handled Jessica's rude intro to the Cullen's. I really like your Bella so far... awesome job on both of them, Bella and Edward, actually. I hate that he's with Rosalie, but he's still the Edward I love ;) lol.
I can't wait for more Edward and Bella interaction. The first one was great and I just know it'll get better! :) Update soon!
