hi!..i like your story! ...and ilove the whole racing part..i hadn't thought about something like that..that was creative...but i had some of my own theories of what edward was thinking in a part or two..it may help..you can add it..
first, when edward says.."you're right..brown is warm" i think its because he realizes that bella's eyes are brown and they are warm and he probably mentally chides himself for thinking brown was a dull colour..
secondly, i dont think edward would have taken the key from her pocket and all coz in the book bella is pretty sure she had left the key in the pant in the laundry...so i am just guessing ..this is my view..that alice had a vision that after looking for the key in the room for ten or fifteen minutes, they(alice and edward) find it there. alice has the cision in the cafeteria and thats why edward smiles and tells bella that her key will be in ignition. and you could have added a little irony in the stealing the truck and all..i mean who would steal bella's monster of a truck??

i totally agree with your vp on point 1... in fact i'm going to add that. but i also think he's thinking about her in his favourite blouse of hers...the blue one! :)
point 2 though...i don't think alice's visions work like that - just in the sense that alice can't foresee something unless she's decided she/Edward/whoever is doing it, because her visions rely on decisions (to a point) - so how would she be able to foresee looking for the key in the laundry room unless she knew that it was already there? that's how i figured it, anyway - hope that make sense!?
like the irony of stealing bella's monster truck... although it sounds like a pretty awesome way of getting about to me!

Your text is a little mixed up. There are parts of sentences and paragraphs split up and not where they should be. I got the general idea though.

In my opinion, you're absolutely staying true to SM's style of writing. By far, this story tops some of the "Midnight Sun" fanfics, 'cause you can actually see Edward thinking like this.

Well, obviously this chapter has alot of dialogue from the book, but I especially like the parts when you are able to go off and put your own perspective in. Like the conversation with Emmett and Edward's musings about Bella's boyfriends and buying her jewels!

I am really enjoying reading Edward's voice in this way - admittedly, the posted Midnight Sun was an unedited version... I firmly believe, had it been edited, it would equal your interpretation.
