Wow, those two are really good at getting all twisted up...lol. But they finally made contact...smoking hot contacts woohoo!...so at least they are moving in the right direction. Then as an added bonus, they both seem to realize there is something more there than just sexual attraction. I can't see what happens next. :)

Yay! I wanna touch Edward's boner, lol. Just got started reading and I'm so in love with this story. I do know myself pretty well though so I'm not really surprised that I think sick pervert Edward is hot, lol. Another fic I was reading (Perspective by ekimmuh, a totally great story that really stays true to canon in an interesting way) Edward was surprised that Bella didn't mind the thought of oral sex and was thinking about the how differently men view sex than women. I laughed. I'll admit I guess I have the mind of a man-whore too, but then again so do most of my friends, so at least I'm not lonely in my perverted little world, lol.
Anyway, the story is great. The band, the attraction between Bella and Edward, the rule, Edward's near-constant boner......ahhhh what a great story. And I totally love your Jasper, Emmett, Alice, and Rosalie as well. I hope Edward can prove his love to all of them. Can't wait for more of this! Keep the perviness coming! :D

It's amazing how words and actions can take on such different meanings from situation to situation, and person to person.
Edward meant to make Bella feel better, not to let her know about his feelings. Bella's assumptions on Edward were way of base, still are but not that much. Rules exist for a reason, but for every rule there has to be an exception. It seems Bella is going to try and found a way around the rule or a loophole on it. How will she do that, convince Edward (that may be the easiest part) and keep it all from Jasper and Emmett will be interesting.
Also, the show is about to start. I'm dying to know how will the band sound with Bella and what kind of reactions will they get from the crowd, especially the male part of it. And what will the guys do about it.
Author's Response: so true--i was just talking about how people perceive the same situation differently...it's crazy seeing how different it actually is. and, i totally agree with the "exception to the rule" rule, haha.
just posted the gig chapter! hopefully you enjoy it -- it's a little different than the rest of the story, but...i still like it.

The beginning was great: kissing, touching. I thought yea! we're finally getting somewhere. Then you end it with them just being friends! This sucks. Got to wait even longer for them to hook up.
