So Bella is sure that there's absolutely no way Edward could find her attractive, or like her for more than just friendship. She is scared of loosing him if she is obvious about her crush. Does Edward think in the same way? Sometimes it seems that way but he is willing to take more chances and subtelly let her know what everyone else clearly sees.
What will Alice say to her? And how will Bella take it?
Thanks for having Bella crash at Edward's, that will bring such nice dreams, at least for them. :)
Author's Response: It's not so much that Bella doesn't think Edward could find her attractive - my Bella isn't as insecure about her looks as canon!Bella (but she's realistic). It's more that they've been friends for so long, she doesn't think he would be able to see her in any other light. Edward's got more confidence because... well, he's Edward, and he was God at his high school. So despite Bella taking him down a few notches during the friendship, he's still sure of himself with women, generally speaking. Bella's different than most girls he's known, though, which is why he can't quite figure out what to do.
I couldn't not have Bella crash at Edward's. It was just too perfectly contrived a situation. ;-)

Love this story, it's great. And the sexual tension, I can just feel it jump off the screen. Wow! It's time for "happy time" for B&E. Maybe? Please?

Oh My God!!!! I am frustrated!!!!! Why can't she open her freakin' eyes!!!! Why can't he make a damn move already!!!!!!!! URG!!!!!!!
Now that I got that rant out of my system......good chapter. If they other 4 "see" what ExB don't why don't they take matters into their own hands? Drunk Trivial Pursuit wasn't a big enough kick in the pants. :D

Great update! I love the relationship between ExB, their convos, banter, friendship, flirting ... although their sexual tension is killing me!

Ah, the tension! They need to get it out in the open already! I am TERRIBLY glad that Edward had enough sense not to do anything while they were drunk, because that would only cause angst and awkwardness later on, but...what can I say? I'm READY!! Maybe when they wake up? (After the hangover is out of the way).
KUDOS to you if this chapter was totally unplanned, because it flowed and developed the story beautifully. And the paragraph about the Pike Place Purge was masterful!

Yes, the chapter was completely unplanned... which is leading into an equally unplanned Ch 7. Maybe. We'll have to see how it turns out. It would be an anomaly of a chapter, since it won't really go with any of the other planned chapters, but... yeah, we'll see.

I don't have an update schedule, no. I'm aiming for no more than a week between updates, but that didn't work out so well for this last chapter. >.< I've been doing the vast majority of my writing at work, so it depends greatly on how many projects I'm juggling at any given time, and how much work they actually involve. Today's looking pretty good, though, so I'd love to get a good chunk of Ch 7 taken care of. The best laid plans, however...
