I'm loving this story! It's got a great, unique plot line (well, as unique as any BxE story can have), it's extremely well written and it keeps me coming back for more :)

Thank you so much. I'm glad you're enjoying the plot - I thought it would be an interesting twist on things. (Their earlier interaction - and a lot of the specific flashback events - is based on my friendship with a guy I worked with in high school. Though our story ended when he went off to college. **grand sigh**)

penguins and pink sequins, the best dream for Alice a probable nightmare for Bella. For Edward, confussion, doubt and ? Maybe if there had been morea talking heard he and us could have a better idea of his dreams, which apparently weren't that far from his.
So Alice is sure both of them like, with big "l" each other. Bella simply refuses to even consider the thought. I kind of see her pov, I would also be Edward's friend than nothing at all.
Lets hope Alice finds a loophole in her promise to Bella or someone else may lend a hand.

Well I am hoping that sooner or later this two nuckle heads will tell each other how they are feeling. The would be sooooooo much happier if they would just admit their true feelings for each other. However, I will say it is fun reading about them struggling to open up. It makes the story more interesting.

I love the flashbacks. I hope that Alice doesn't interfere in their "friendship to lovers" relationship. Let's see what they can do on their own, they're adults, they should go for what they want without her help. I'm with Bella on that.

Author's Response: I was a huge Lee fan for the first two seasons. When he hooked up with Dee, I lost my Lee Love. Starbuck was kick-ass, and I absolutely loved her (until she got all wussy about saving Sam from Caprica - I didn't like it when she lost her edge for a while there). I became a Sam fan just before the big revelation - he's too pretty not to love. ;-)
There will be tons more Bella/Edward moments in upcoming chapters. Not sure if they'll be spending the night together again anytime soon, but we'll see! :)

I"m really interested in your story, I like how it's progressing. I usually don't care for the "human" stories, I'm still in the Twilight zone, but this one is very good! Please continue!!
Author's Response: Y'know, it's funny. When I first started reading Twilight fanfic, I avoided the all human stories. I didn't see the point to them, since the vampire thing was pretty much the whole point of the series. But then I ran out of vamp stories to read, so I hit up the human, and I found that I loved them. There are some absolutely amazing fics in this category, and they leave me in awe (Tropic of Virgo being a prime example - it's my absolute favorite of any genre at the moment).
So thank you very much - I'm really glad you're enjoying this, despite your aversion for all-human stories! :)

Ehhhh They need to just admit their feelings for one another and get together. Then they could have beautiful dates, a beautiful wedding, buy a beautiful house, and have two-point-four beautiful children together. Thats my favorite line. This was a great chapter

Author's Response: Bella's sleep-talking was so random. I started with penguins and then she insisted she was being horrified by something pink... and I typed pink sequins and couldn't not laugh at how similar that could sound to penguins... It kind of took on a life of its own. ;-)

This story just went from one that I was following to one of my very favorites... This chapter was Hysterical, I literally spit out my Mocha Java Chiller from Sonic when I read:
"Ooooookay then."
"He was having an erotic dream about Bella, and she, in turn, was apparently dreaming about tuxedo-clad feather-faces tap dancing their way across the frozen tundra to a cleverly-scripted Morgan Freeman narration."
This was so fun to read, I was grinning the entire time... Well Done!
"I really have to pee. Please let go? I’ll even come back so we can continue our slumber party, if you want. I’ll braid your hair and you can paint my nails, and we can gossip about the cute boys on the lacrosse team."
