I adore Hockeyward. Talk about sex on skates...My two favorite things combined (Rob and hockey) just makes me so happy! I sure hope the Avs won this game. Panthers (snort) well, I shouldn't talk. I am a die hard Wild Fan, and they don't always win, but I love them anyway!

It was sweet. And completely necessary, I think. There has to be some sort of transitional chapter every once in a while, even just to move the story along in the direction you want it to go. I loved it and can't wait for more!

Uneventful? Nah. We see how Bella has grown. But more importantly we see her interaction with the family as they welcome her back into the fold or home if you prefer. And not just with the Cullens but within the team too as evidenced by Amy bring the baby in to see her. And I love the way Bella was able to talk to Angela and in turn Angela was able to see for herself how Bella is a part of this family. It was so perfect.
How ironic you would update today. I was thinking about Overtime just last night. Have you noticed how many ff's have popped up recently about hockey? I am loving them all.

Author's Response: I really have not noticed how many have popped up...I've been busy, I'll have to check them out. The olympics may have sparked that perhaps? Then again, even if it isn't the Olympics, I won't complain at any interest that my favorite sport is generating.

Transitional chapters are necessary! Not everything can be rooted in angst and tension. (thank God!) I am glad for all of them that Esme won this fight. I really was wondering if Bella would just walk, Edward would walk or they would back down.
