I love that Edward is so literal, and Bella is so strong! Its great the way you brought the characters to life, giving them different traits than in the Twilight saga but keeping them the same too...and I love that Aro's last name is Volturi!!

You have an addiction? Well I have an addiction to good writing and this story is one of my favs. I love socially awkward Edward. Well, I wasn't sure if I wanted Edward to meet Charlie so soon in your story but now that they have met, I think Edward is going to have a cute little friend. Oh and Emmett is worried about Bella's housing arrangements. That's so cute. I guess she and Charlie are going to move into his enormous house now? Cliche, yes, but fun and tons of plot possibilities, yes and yes, so go for it.

Another great chapter. Update quickly.

So I just stumbled upon this story last night and became instantly in love with it.  Very different from what I've read in the past.  Edward is so amazing in this fic and his awkwardness just makes it that much more fun to read.  Please update soon.

Wow!  When I mentioned about Edward finding out about Charlie, I never imagined it would be the next chapter!  And now we get to find out what kind of living conditions Bella and Charlie have been living in.  I love this story!  All the characters are so warm and wonderful!

Isn't the Green Lantern's weakness the color yellow? I don't know why anyone would like a superhero with such a bogus weakness. What if the Green Lantern was eating lunch at Au Bon Pain and this chick in a yellow sundress walks by? He'd totally be like "Ack! You yellow fiend, you!!" and then fall out of his chair and into his tuna salad sandwhich!! That just sucks. But it sort of makes sense also because the color combo of green and yellow IS truly horrifying...

Yeah it's horrifying as a combo and in the end it comes down to this -- IT'S FRICKIN GREEN LANTERN. He's the ultimate geek super hero. I don't know why he just is.

I just read this today and I really like the idea behind it! The only thing I notice is that Edward seems a little over-childlike. I get the idea you're trying to go for very shy, a little bewildered by normal social interactions, etc, but maybe you can give us a little bit somewhere soon that shows he is an adult and can function like one for the most part? His inner voice just seems a bit too immature. Other than that, I really love the story!

thank you. Edward's character is still developing and being a geek his mindproceses and social skills are underdeveloped. He'll have his "adult" moments they just aren't here yet.
