This was beautifully written chapter.  She's noticed things about him, which he refuses to explain.  The way she took control of him - he really was helpless against her, and the wax play - so erotic. What a fascinating enounter.

 

she won't stop there, sooner or later, she will ask again. it wouldn't be her if she didn't.

and edward is not fair if he thinks that she doesn't deserve  to know:no matter the social stand on such things in those times. in this state of status quo, he can offer her a few years more, and she deserves better, if not for the fact that he loves her (no matter the denial), then for her patience and sacrifice, meaning that she went blindly in this ordeal.

Yay! I finally had a chance to catch up on reading this! I'm loving all the E/B action going on (which is my fav) but I'm completely worried about what's going to happen if/when Bella finds out. I'm actually surprised she's still hanging around after all of Edward's insane moodswings.

But whatever, their lovin is hot and I can't wait to read more! Great job!!!

Hmmm, I would think that Edward should have hung around some so that he could listen in on the conversations that Isabella was having with her friend.  He's already uncomfortable with her astute awareness and her curious line of questioning that circles around the truth.  Now, without a doubt, Isabella is certainly thinking of some type of possesion of Edward.  He knew that his behavior was unseemly and he made no attempt to smooth it over with her before he left.  I hope for his sake he spent his time thinking of a formidable excuse!

well, I can't even begin to say...but I like how you through the angle out there that he could be cheating on her.....not enough people do that!

If was in that era, I would think the same as Angela if my husband was going away so frequently, acting the way Edward is.

I wonder if Bella will confront him about her thoughts...It would be rather interesting to see what his reaction would be.
