I'm really enjoying your story. It's unique -- an historical romance with a vampire twist. I like how dark and mischievious Edward is. And Bella is so observant - not just in her feelings towards Edward, but how she noticed earlier that he lent her the Austen novels that she did not have.

this is great and i like how you introduced the quileutes! it adds much more to the story! i wonder if there will be a confrintation!
i have thought alot over this and i dont think i want bella to know what they are, even though i had at first wanted her to. the time setting isnt good for introducing a vampire...she would prob just think he was a demon. but if there is going to be some quileute beef then it may b unavoidable....

Wow.. I mean just... WOW.
I wish people would tell me about stuff like this, 'cause this is what (fictional) dreams are made of. What I really like about your story is is that you don't fast pace is like many others, because they can't wait to get to the point. It's (tormentingly so) slow and I can't believe it took them 15 chapters to sort of get together (Can't wait for both of them to realize it's love!), but you know what? It works. And I am positively in love with your story. Don't change anything.
I read this story three times by now and it's SO GOOD. Not meaning to be rude or anything, but DON'T YOU DARE STOP WRITING!
When will you update? I think my life will be just a shadow of itself before that day!

Great chapter. I adore this dark Edward. He's trying so hard - you have to give him credit for that. As always Alice and Jasper make me laugh. Poor Bella, I imagine that at this point she probably thinks Edward has a split personality (lmao) and I don't blame her in the least. By Edward's reaction to Jacob's scent on Bella, I'm guessing theres werewolves in this story. I'm so intrigued to read what happens next. Post soon...

1. Prevaricate is a fantastic word.
2. Loved Bella's ignorance towards Edward's "ailment." That shit was bloody priceless.
3. Forgive me this rant, but I can't help but be a little protective of Edward. *sigh* Alice annoys me. Why does Edward "owe" her an explanation? She decides to come meddle in his life, without invitation, though he is doing just fine on his own and that warrants her demanding an explanation from him? Especially regarding something so entirely private like his sex life with Bella! Ok, rant over- feel free to defend Alice as much as you like now, lol, since I know she's (kind of) your character and authors have the right to defend their character's actions.
4. Lol, about Edward's nudeness and the... blood.
5. Can't wait to see what's up with the wolves, though I dislike Jacob Black thouroughly (as a personal rule- kind of like how I hate Rosalie).
6. I missed the E/B action in this chapter.
7. The reunion kiss was lovely and almost made their seperation worth it (though think about all the kissin and lovin that could of been gettin on if they hadn't been separated, lol).
8. Of course you haven't lost me!

I always try to flex my vocab, since sometimes using the same words again n again gets tacky. *Chagrin* haha
Alice annoys me too, but her intentions are positive. The only reason she asks for an explanation is cause she feels he's hiding something from her (--> that Bella is his singer). She has been bossy, but Edward lets her boss around only when he wants to. He pretty much puts her in place if she oversteps the line. You'll see...
Ah Jacob... spare him, plz? He's very different from canon Jacob. So I suggest that you read him as a fresh character, without the canon load.
E/B action will take some time to return, but it will... damn sure.

I was wondering when Jake would show up. I mean there's no other way for Edward to admit that he truly cares about Bella and is falling (if he's not already fallen) in love with her.
I loved their reunion and his concern about her and how he's starting to show his feelings for her.
Jasper? really funny. and I'm not talking about the accent. Especially the part where he's asking Edward to clean himself because of the smell of the blood and its location on Edward's body!

Haha, I'd forgotten that Edward was naked when he ran out the window! What a lovely sight, lol! BTW, Jasper accent isn't that hard to read. I wonder why so many readers are having trouble? O.o? Also, I loved Bella's perceptiveness in this chapter.

Haha...WIP phobia...so true. Many people are coming down with that, aren't they? I just don't think I could ever give up all the WIP's that I follow though! It would be waaaaayy too hard!
Ughhh...OK. I still feel bad for Bella about what happened..what a horrible way to lose your virginity, especially when you know pretty much nothing about it before it happens, then have your husband get unbelievably "pissed" at you and freak out, then spend the night alone, hurting. Sheesh. Poor girl.
But I do feel bad for Edward too..because he obviously doesn't want to hurt her..and he's really struggling with it.
Hmmm..some Quilutes in the story now? :) I do enjoy jealous, possessive Edward...so I hope we see some of him :)
