Author's Response: Yes, the plan is to finish it. I'm trying to switch out of my Hiding in Plain Sight groove and get back to Merger. Switching gears is harder than I thought it would be.

Are you ever going to update or continue this story? I like Hiding in Plain Sight better but I just read this whole thing and I really like it! I never thought I would like a story where Edward was a human with mind reading powers but I really have enjoyed this so far. I would really like it if you continued! :)
Author's Response: Yes, I am planning to update the story. It's just gotten put off as I try to get through a particularly intense part of HIPS. But I hope to update it next week.

Wow, I'm a little scared to get into this seeing as it hasn't been updated since September, but I've been sucked in... this was a great first chapter. You've written a very smooth Edward, and I am digging this Bella.
Author's Response: Just FYI... I am planning to take a small break from my other story to finish chapter 13 of this story after I put up chapter 10 of Hiding in Plain Sight. I am going to finish this story... it's just been harder than I thought it would be to work on two stories at the same time.

Hello! Okay...I just finished reading this. I must either be a speed reader (it took me about 1.5 hours) or you're really just a great author. :) I'm rooting for the latter, esp. if it'll help encourage you to continue. I love your other story--it's actually how I discovered this one--but I'm also really curious about the whole James/Victoria mystery!! I love a good mystery. Esp. when it plays on people's angsty emotions. And there is nothing better than some raunchy sex tape intrigue. Hee hee. Plus, Emmett as a fireman? How awesome is that?! Keep up the stellar writing as usual. Can't wait to read more! P.S. I saw that your daughter had tubes put in recently. My daughter had the same thing done recently, so I know how stressful it can be! Hope she is feeling better.
Author's Response: Thanks so much for your review. I'm definitely going to finish this one... I'm planning to take a little break from my other story after chapter 10 so I can at least put up chapter 13 of this story. It just got hard to track both stories at the same time, especially when the chapters for Merger now require SO MUCH attention because all the plot pieces have to fit together just so. Yeah, the tubes thing sucked, but she hasn't had any ear infections since (fingers crossed) and she started talking a lot more, so it was totally worth it! And Emmett makes a great fireman. :)

I am all up to date now! I read it on the weekend. I know you said you are coing to concetrate on HIPS for a bit... but please promise you will finish this one. I need to know what is going to happen with James/Victoria because I am sure you have only scratched the surface. I LOVE that you actually have Bella sticking with Edward. Most FF would probably have her outraged etc. and her not want to do anything with him. But I think shows alot more character for Bella for accepting it was his past and try to work through everything. I totally thought you were going to have kick him out... that was predictible, but you didn't.
Author's Response: I just couldn't see Bella leaving Edward after how into him she was. Thanks so much for reading and reviewing. I do still love this story, even if HIPS is getting first billing these days. Yes, I will definitely finish it.

I just read the whole thing so far and I'm really enjoying it. It's well-written and absorbing. I hope you update soon. Oh, and thanks for the lemon warnings. I don't always want to read the graphic stuff, especially when there are little (reading) eyes lurking around.
Author's Response: Thank you :) I'm not sure I remembered a lemon warning for the BxE scene... so I'll definitely try and stay vigilant about that.
