My review last chapter - I was talking about telling us which celeb chef you had a thing with... I noticed Bella's bosses name is Tyler...any connection there? ;) C'mon, give us a clue! And thanks for responding to my review! You are awesome! For what it's worth, I don't think it's too fast...they're adults and are both well aware of the situation and time constraints. I think the timing's fine - it's not like they hooked up the first night, or even the second one! I'm still trying to get past the Clay Aiken voice :) I think it's the use of 'sugar'...but I'll keep working on my hangups!
Author's Response: Honestly, I didn't realize you were asking and no one else has asked. But here goes: Yes, Chef Tyler's name is a clue. And he grew up in South Carolina which is where I met him. Keep in mind that he was a skinny seventeen year old boy at the time, but he was cute as hell even then. Any guesses? Feel free to PM me, or MsCope started a thread for me on the forums:

So glad I found this story. I have a feeling that every Edward I encounter for the next few days will have a southern accent. You have a very pleasing and easy to read writing style, and I'm looking forward to reading more!

I read all of this story in one sitting yesterday and I really liked it. I just wonder how Bella and Edward are going to handle living across the country from each other because they are both different kinds of people from Alice and Jasper. Also, I really want to learn more about Bella's relationship with Sam. I'm sure it happens in real life, but I'm wondering how Bella & co. never suspected Sam of his two-timing ways.
Author's Response: Ah--you're going to like the next chapter. More on Sam's pathetic self and how it all happened. And her take on the night on the beach and how she feels to be back home and back to work. The cross-country thing is tough to get around, but since they are grown-up, relatively well-adjusted, and crazily attracted to each other, they needed a big, believable obstacle to make this a story, right? =D

Oh Paige. This story is just amazing and keeps getting better. Oh can people complain about the pace of this fling. I mean come on. and you are right, if they haven't ever experienced the too fast, ill-advised fling they need to do it. Every once in awhile it is the right thing to do. And Edward put into words what we're all hoping for, they will see each other again. And Esme all ready threw out the idea of moving there. Can't wait to see where this goes. I really enjoyed this chapter. Your Bella is real and funny, and I enjoy her sarcastic thoughts.
Nice squirt of lemon juice in our eyes. Just enough so you know it stings. I forgive you for tossing that in. I've done it too. Nothing gets 'em coming back for more like a cockblocked sex dream (or an actual cockblock following a sex dream).
