And I love the natural element to this chapter. Everything fell in to place just as it should. First, with comforting Alice, then the proposal. It wasn't throat-torching with a long, forced speech about the first day they met or any of that nonsense. It was to the point, yet it still conveyed the necessary emotions. I especially love the interaction between Edward and Bella. Their conversation was so natural! I love how he confessed his love for her according to the time that he felt was right. It wasn't superficial with a whole long speech either. And her reaction was great. She wasn't ready to say it yet and she didn't force it out - the best response. She also voiced her fears and reasons. I'm so glad that everyone was very rational in this chapter. Thank you for that! I needed it.

excellent chapter, well written, emotional, entertaining and smokin hot. I am sorry to see Alice leaving them to be with Jasper, but it seems to have really opened both Edward and Bella up to their feeling for each other, and just where their relationship could go in the future.

Just read through the story to this point and have to say I love it. It's just as good as Something Stupid is, and it's an original which makes it special. But i do ask, nay beg, to not spend chapters running thrrough E/B angst. Luv ya Sug.

Oh dear. She didn't *quite* say "I love you" back... I agree with Jasper - I've been worried about Bella's feelings the whole time but now I'm worried about Edward! Nice, realistic conflict. Besides, I'm learning to trust you that you won't hurt these beautiful characters *too* badly, just enough to make the story real and interesting :-D.

What a fantastic chapter! You have a true gift Paige.
E's "I love you" took me by complete surprise. That doesn't happen often either. I mean I actually blushed! My body temperature must have gone up by 5 degrees. Your words elicited that response. God it was perfection!
And that was some fuckawesome car sex girl!
I'll go to sleep tonight replaying that particular scene and his intense declarations in my head over and over again.

I'm loving this story. I only started reading it yesterday and could hardly tear my eyes away from it.
Your Edward is a gem, i love him. I can't help but wish Bella would chill out a bit but i guess she has her reasons. Alice lol, what a legend!
Hope you update soon, although i can hardly blame you if you don't, i know how hectic moving can be, so good luck with it and keep smiling :)

Love the chapter and Alice moving to NC...never saw that coming. Thought for sure that Jasper was moving to WA. Now Renee and Charlie moving to FL...what is next? Will Edward move to WA? or is Bella moving to NC...plus Edward loves his family so much...

Good luck with the move! You have my sympathy (it's pretty much one of my least favorte things to do), and I hope it goes well--not too much lost, damaged or frustratingly difficult to place in the new house! :)
Lovely chapter as always. Really feel like they're finally getting to know eachother. Very satisfying! :D
